1.我18-19號使用的攜程定的 19-20號用的藝龍旅行定的 連住了兩天 使用了特權提前4小時入住 九點鐘我給酒店打電話詢問房間出來了沒有 他們説沒有 然後我就等到十點才過去 到了酒店之後他們説房間還沒有出來 當天早上拖着行李 書包一堆東西 前台説沒有出來之後我們就在酒店裡麪坐着 也沒有人來跟我們説明情況之類的 甚至連空調都沒有 當天上午很熱很熱 坐在大堂都在出汗 前台水也不倒一杯 熱的對象都發火了 讓我很難堪 總之就是沒有任何説法如果我不聯繫攜程我感覺前台能讓我在那坐到兩點人家退房 這點還是值得給攜程點贊 聯繫了之後立馬就給我安排了個房間先休息 （總之就是酒店服務配不上價格）服務真的不如同價位其他的酒店 連一句道歉 不好意思都沒有
2.進到我們自己的房間之後打開門撲面而來就是一股水的氣味 剛拖完地地上的水都沒幹 一地的水 到廁所一看 垃圾桶都沒蓋上 連衞生紙都沒有 還是我去要的 塑料袋也沒套 急匆匆做完衞生就讓我們進來了 這就是這個價位的房間服務嗎 我定的還是他們最好的房間 進門體驗感就極差 進淋浴間看 拖鞋都是濕的 剛剛別人洗完澡的拖鞋不換一雙乾的 就拿給我們穿 衞生簡直太敷衍
3.到了晚上休息 準備打開房間的投影 説好的巨幕觀影結果所有的電視都需要vip 不管看什麼都需要vip 我在這住了兩天 投影是一分鐘沒看過 為什麼？因為根本看不了 將近三百的房間 我還要自己開vip 真的很厲害
4.早上八點 我睡的正香的時候 被一陣極度刺耳的聲音吵醒 我一聽 樓上在搞裝修 電鑽不停的鑽 我不知道這樣的環境其他人是怎麼睡得着的
5總結 以後不會再來了 價格又貴 服務又差 特權服務落實根本不到位 可以説是沒有任何作用吧 房間沒有做好衞生之前為什麼要讓我們進去 簡直是太離譜（前台還要我給他們點好評 這樣的服務我怎麼給他們點好評 説是店長抓得緊）

酒店位置不錯，就在新長海廣場和正茂城對面。房間佈置的很有特色，整體衞生也非常好，設施設備齊全，環境很新，實新裝修開業的，同時我也非常喜歡他們家的裝修風格，比較年輕化。這會來開也就才200多而已，性價比比較高。他們家的早餐很豐富，是自己想吃什麼拿什麼的，是自助餐式的，早上離店的時候，還有離店小禮品可以拿，入住的時候有免費咖啡和牛奶，走的時候前台小姐姐很熱情，還幫忙借了兩杯，讓我們打包帶走，總之，他們家的服務沒得説，員工培訓還是很到位的。而且我給他們提出的需求都會得到及時的迴應和解決，讓我覺得入住體驗十分的好，太棒了，大家也可以來入駐試一下，一般都是很少會給酒店打五星好評的👍

酒店位置還可以，旁邊吃住行購物都方便，對面就是中茂城商場，衹是在長沙縣，離市中心有點遠。房間是去年新裝修的，設備設施維護的還可以。房間配有咖啡礦泉水和茶葉包，早餐也是自助的。唯獨不好的就是酒店屬於公寓樓，電梯屬於公用的，公區環境一般。不用刷房卡就可以進酒店樓層，希望這方面得到改進，隔音效果也一般，客房整體體驗感還行，就是房間有點小，如果有機會還會選擇這家酒店，雖然入住期間有點不愉快，但工作人員及時幫忙處理了，服務和衞生都還可以。
