不小心住了一間“爹味”文化的酒店
因為帶着7歲和9歲兩個小朋友趕早班機，就在機場選了一家價格前三的酒店。想着服務好一點住的好一點，萬萬沒想到是我人生中住過幾十個酒店裡麪最離譜的。
因為是早上8點飛機，6:30就要去機場。所以剛到酒店就看見停在門口的酒店專車，入住時候諮詢的一下酒店送機場的班車，每半個小時一班需要提前15分鐘在班車集合。就跟酒店溝通，我一個人帶着兩個小孩三個行李箱如果趕不上班車可不可用酒店專車送我一下。酒店前台直接拒絕説不可以衹能坐班車。又再一次交涉 我也不是一定要做酒店專車，帶着小孩行李也很多，時間會有點不可控特殊情況可以照顧一下嗎？酒店還是不同意，説酒店的規定就是這樣。非常不能理解這樣的價格匹配這樣的服務嗎？跟她們理論起來，做為以服務為重要標準的酒店來説這樣合理嗎？不管你説什麼，它衹按自己的想法做。
到了房間以後，因為太累了，就給外賣打電話説外賣幫我放酒店外賣處就不要給我打電話，想休息了。晚上12點多房間的電子屏鈴聲大震，睡的迷迷糊糊以為是小朋友調的鬧鐘直接按掉。剛睡着1點多電子屏又響了，又迷迷糊糊按掉。2點多又又又響了，忍不可忍看看到底什麼情況。太窒息了居然是送外賣機器人電話。首先我並沒有要求外賣員和酒店給我送外賣，我也不能理解我按掉了2次電話為什麼酒店還要一直給你送？晚上兩點多了還在打擾客户休息這種行為做為酒店合理嗎？不管幾點，它衹想給你送外賣。
第二天還是很努力6點起床，趕班車剛到門口大巴剛剛出發20/30米，前台非常不友好不管你帶着小孩拿了三個行李箱，也不是幫忙拿一下行李，讓我們去追大巴。
從前台到客服部到禮賓部，全部貫徹爹味服務。不管客户什麼情況，它衹按自己想法去做。很好奇這個酒店的管理模式。衹想問我住的是酒店還是集訓營，這樣做服務業是你們的企業文化嗎？
