I am very satisfied with this hotel experience. First of all, although its location is a bit remote, the transportation is convenient. Whether it is a self-driving high-speed rail or subway, it is not too far to get to the hotel. It is also very convenient to travel. The surrounding restaurants and snack streets are very rich, and there are also several nearby shopping malls. Zhongmao City Tongcheng Plaza is within walking distance of everything. It is only a few hundred meters to 2 kilometers away, which is convenient for me to experience local life. The surrounding areas like Songya Lake Window of the World are only 4.6 to 2.5 kilometers away. Secondly, the hygienic condition of the hotel is excellent, and the clean and tidy environment made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Inside and out, be it linens, towels or common areas, everything is kept in perfect order. The facilities provided by the hotel are also comprehensive, especially the spacious and bright restaurant, fully equipped laundry room and gym, which are all praiseworthy. Finally, I have to give thumbs up to their service. The management and staff were all very friendly and I was impressed by their thoughtfulness and enthusiasm. Recommend this hotel, if I have the opportunity to visit this city again, I will definitely choose this place for my short break again
Days Hotel by Wyndham Changsha Huanghua Int‘l Airport

Huanghua International Airport District
The hotel's front desk and pick-up service are really great! Because I was on a business trip alone and had luggage, I asked the front desk if they could pick me up at the subway entrance. Just like that, I went back to deliver my luggage, went out to play, picked me up at night, and dropped me off at the airport the next morning. They were really patient and meticulous in picking me up. , or Mercedes-Benz Business, a really considerate experience! ! Thumbs up to the lobby manager and front desk pick-up and drop-off service staff! But to be honest, I did join Wyndham. It is not the five-star Wyndham we know, but the price and service are in a single-family building, which is really cost-effective... The bed...it's really rare to find a spring bed. Latex beds in this price range are really hard. The 4 pillows are extremely high, too high to sleep on. Generally, they are 2 high and 2 short (these ones It’s not a big problem. The hotel says it’s newly opened so we can actively make suggestions before I write them~) (If it hadn’t been for the outrageous things that followed, I would have given it a full 5-star rating.) Because I had an early flight and couldn’t have breakfast, the lobby manager said that I could have breakfast taken away in a box the next day. When I went to have breakfast the next day, the aunt at the door was super mean. I said angrily that I was not allowed to pack it, and I said that the lobby manager told me, ”He has no control over us!” Then he looked at me several times in disgust and took the box. Later, maybe he saw that my face was too bad, so he went to get it in a whimpering manner, which was outrageous. is coming The box I was given was deformed! The lid can't be closed no matter what! I said to her, ”It can't be covered, it's just like this.” Then I held on to the cover and helped her all the way to the airport... The overall service for breakfast was very poor. I didn’t even know what to get when I packed it. There was nothing. It was said that breakfast would be served at 7:00, but the two porridge buckets were empty and didn’t come at all. (I complained to the hotel staff later. I just found out that they were outsourced and were given an ultimatum for rectification. They were probably going to be replaced. Maybe they wanted to offend the hotel before they were replaced? ? She also criticizes others in various ways. The hotel is newly opened and it can be seen that it wants to do a good job. This outsourcing restaurant is really trying hard to reduce your points... It's a broken jar.
