衞生做的很好，誇獎五星 環境是在潮宗街歷史街區裏面，喜歡歷史街區的來，不喜歡的人會被誤認為是城中村，整個民宿是在意微環境營造的：後門出口處的小水景觀、儘可能的綠植等…看得出是用心的，一層的咖啡館裝修環境，包括房間審美在線… 民宿位置是安靜的，去的時候恰逢大雨，後門一出門處有雨水管刷刷作響，不過睡覺關窗可以解決一下，但確實房間隔音不好，旁邊住户叮叮咣咣是聽得到的（我覺得他們應該也不是故意，裝修隔音問題）睡眠淺者勿入… 另外一個是我以為下雨潮濕，所以床品潮濕正常，但是換了一家酒店不存在這個問題，橡膠類床墊和枕頭店家或許是用心的，並且被單床單什麼的也很有居家感，但是因地制宜，潮濕天氣確實橡膠製品很吸濕，不比純棉製品…可能的話後期運營可以考慮讓客户能有備選，如果是500-600的單價應該可以做到，如果房價低於以上，那我覺得不用吹毛求疵，畢竟交通什麼的也很便利 最後要誇獎的是消防設施，防毒面具是夠數的，這一點去過很多城市，即使價位千元的民宿也是不一定的！ 總的來説，可以來作為旅行中轉站體驗一下！

The hotel is located in the center and all is in walking distance. IFS the famous shopping mall and all kind from restaurants close by, the food is spicy but very delicious, I am every weekend in Changsha since we live in Loudi, we love Changsha

It was my first time staying in a youth hostel. I booked a 10-person female dormitory, and the experience was unexpected. The sanitary conditions were very good, and the room and sheets had no odor, which was better than many express hotels and B&Bs. The mattress was also soft, larger than the bunk bed in the school dormitory, and I felt more at ease sleeping. The service attitude of the staff was also very good, thumbs up! There are bound to be snoring in a multi-person room, but the earplugs sent by the front desk were also very useful, allowing me to sleep safely until 10 o'clock the next day. The shortcomings are: the room has no windows and it is still a bit stuffy in spring, and the ceiling of the public toilet is moldy, which is recommended for improvement! Overall, it is recommended for young people to stay here👍👍👍

Great location! About 2-3 mins walk from Wuyi Square Metro exit 7. There are plenty of restaurants, malls, and in close walking proximity to the famous locations including the store that sells those oversized snacks. The hotel offers breakfast which is 6.5/10. The reception is on the 7th floor and I got a room on the 14th floor, fairly large and comfortable. There were a few things that could use repair and deep cleaning but was okay for the price and considering the location. Overall, recommend and would stay there if I ever visit Changsha again.

The good Location, very helpful staff (mini from the front desk),the Hall,lobby looks grand. The can be improve Hotel need major renovation,as it's very old ,Carpet is very hard to maintain especially for such a old hotel and fully carpet. ROom have a very unpleasant carpet smell once u enter the room breakfast is very normal ,tasteless Not easy to locate as it's in the Alley and didi could only stop u at the main road as car is not accessible

Although the room furniture is slightly dated, it is conveniently located next to i-City mall and serves as a centralised location to explore Changsha. Opt for the daily breakfast and you will not be disappointed. Most of the local food can be found at the buffet and the view on the 43rd floor is magnificent. The only downside was the strong smell of cigarettes that permeated the air in the room. Remember to bring your own swimming cap if u intend to utilise the indoor swimming pool, otherwise u will not be allowed to enter the pool. Swimming caps retail at 40CNY a piece, so BYOC (Bring Your Own Cap)!

I booked twin room for my parents and they absolutely enjoyed their stay! So below is my parent's comments: - The location is prime, right in the center of Changsha, close to everywhere you want to go. - The room is nice and what surprised me is that it's river view even if the booking doesn't mention it. - Staffs are all very friendly and responsive - Good quality breakfast with lots of varieties - Club lounge serves good range of drinks and food too If I ever come to Changsha, I won't stay anywhere else but Grant Hyatt :)

I think it is very clean. Although it is a bit small, it is ok for me alone, and the front desk lady is very good at business. No matter whether the company has been trained, at least she knows that there is a return certificate. Most hotels don't know that Hong Kong people have two documents. At that time, I said that I was a Hong Kong ID card, and then Miss Sister said that the ID card is not good. You can give me the return card. I felt that Miss Sister's business ability was very good. When I checked out, I also chatted with the two young ladies at the front desk. They asked me if I was traveling. I said yes, and it was to watch Chen Li's concert. One young lady said that Chen Li was very good. I searched her and felt very good. She turned to powder 🤣 and another young lady said that she could see Chen Li's program as a mentor. She is very good. 🙈 These two young ladies understand me 😆😆 I will go next time. If you are in Changsha, you must come to this hotel again to live in 😆😆.

good location right next to train station. also near many food places still open late into the night. hotel staff is alright, does basic check in and does answer your question when u ask. that’s about it for the interaction. room was big and spacious. made the effort to decorate the hotel 8th floor and also the room. provided all basic necessities and bed is comfy enough.
