運氣很好，早上入住酒店就看見一對新人從酒店接親出來，工作人員很暖心送上了祝福，門口停車很方便，新人出來就直接上車了，酒店的環境是非常讓人舒適的，服務態度非常好，房間乾淨為衞生，下次還會選擇

準備去蜀南竹海，所以選這家酒店，這家酒店離景區也很近，但是天空不作美，一直下雨，酒店衞生很好。喆啡酒店嘛，連鎖酒店，衞生這些都可以保證，而且酒店門口和地下都可以停車，全部都是免費的，服務也很好，因為下雨，天很涼，去吃早餐的時候大部分都是涼的，吃了很不舒服，這點應該改善一下。

前台和餐廳服務態度都很親切，跟客人客客氣氣的，也很專業，很耐心，房間整潔舒適，早餐豐盛，離高鐵站很近，DD打車5元左右，酒店周邊環境也不錯，可以散散步，還可以吃到當地特色小吃涼糕，價格2-10元，涼麪燃麪燒烤也很不錯

酒店設施完善不僅房間乾淨整潔還可以提供會務服務，酒店比較全面，前台人員專業性強，服務意識強，前台兩位美女温良謙恭彬彬有禮，能及時解決顧客反饋的問題，已經住了幾次，每次回來都有家外之家的感覺。房間私密性強，床也很舒適，提供多種枕頭選擇，安靜保證良好睡眠質量。酒店提供咖啡，茶包，礦泉水，很人性化，非常好的入住體驗。

先説價格:同品質下不貴 挺好的，這家的體驗很不錯，裝修風格很好，躺椅很舒服。 設施：配備很齊全。刮鬍刀質量好壞挺能體現酒店態度，對於一次性刮鬍刀滿分10分給8分。不是配備的一次性拖鞋，環保。舒適程度遠高於一次性，但在同類中拖鞋中略差。空調:沒細看是中央還是風機，制熱效果很好，我住這間風扇有些變形，使用中有風扇摩擦的聲音，略大。這個可以馬上整改，但是忘了是住的哪一間。房號是8結尾的。 環境：內部環境很好，前廳佈置不錯。樓下縣城第一商圈，樓下存在ktv，23點左右略吵。這個就沒法了，要想位置好，臨街和周邊環境衹能如此。 衞生：整體乾淨整潔，地漏也檢查過，沒有落髮。美中不足，兩個茶杯的茶垢未清理乾淨，聯繫了前台11分鐘後送來了兩個一次性杯子，一次性杯子質量不錯。瞄了眼耗品，比起傳統酒店的茶包，多了兩袋咖啡。 服務：前台一名，微笑接待，主動詢問幫助。電話接聽禮貌，但聽得出來略忙，有些着急。聯繫前台更換杯子時效性一般。可能是在忙，完事後聯繫人員送達。入住高峯期可以增添一名人員，帶動哈就業崗位。
