酒店位於竹海的幽靜之處，距離七彩瀑布很近，臨近一片湖泊，環境很好。並且去海中海和仙寓洞很近，非常方便。
前台接待員工熱情專業，入住和退房流程高效迅速，當我問及遊玩訊息時，提供非常豐富有效的建議。
房間面積很大，整潔乾淨。陽台很棒的景觀。
早餐是中式自助，種類比較豐富，現煮的三種口味麪條非常棒。
晚餐我選擇了連續兩頓都在酒店餐廳，非常地道的川菜，還結合了當地特色的竹筍、竹蓀、茶樹菇等等，廚師的手藝高出景區其它餐廳一大截，非常喜歡。
不足之處：洗澡水熱的稍慢，需要略微等待。
總體來説，非常滿意，下次到訪竹海還會優先選擇這家酒店
