店家非常nice幫忙進行了房型升級 非常喜歡房間的設計和佈置 乾淨整潔 晚餐也可以進行點餐 停車也很方便 酒店在博物館附近 也非常方便安排遊玩行程

我們在這家民宿住得非常愉快。它就在博物館的旁邊。我們從這裏步行到了忘憂谷及墨溪。房間很寬敞及乾淨。早餐及晚上的套餐都很好吃。 謝謝房東的熱情及細心關照。

如果來竹海旅遊，強烈推薦住這家民宿，因為你會發現出來旅遊連住都是一種不一樣的享受😎
這次來玩兩天，天氣不太好一直有雨，但很幸運，老闆幫我們升級了房間，開啟了在竹海美好的週末路程😊選擇的這間民宿真是絕了，裝修風格、設施配置完全就是四星以上標準，房間大且一應俱全，風格設計簡約大氣，落地窗外就是竹影風光，那玻璃透亮得像是沒有一樣。
更絕的是這家的全竹宴，太好吃啦，強烈推薦泡椒竹蓀蛋，鮮滑爽口，一個字絕！第二天早上的早餐竹蓀麪也很好吃，細麪條躺在碗裏，湯鮮美而清淡，完全不會寡淡的一碗麪，最後連湯都喝光。

滿意的一次旅行，和朋友一起來玩的。房間乾淨老闆娘待人接物很周全，老闆做菜也有一套。（本地土雞很是不錯）由於我們沒開車老闆娘還幫我們解決了臨時用車問題。以後來的話還是會找這家民宿

房間裏面有兩個超大落地窗，超級漂亮，空氣也很好，喜歡這裝修，環境 衞生都非常好，服務態度也很好，幫忙拿行李哦，吃飯也不用愁，民宿裏直接點餐就可以啦😊排骨超級好吃的，哈哈哈下次再來還住這裏🤣

服務：首先要表揚一下工作人員的服務，態度都特別棒，有求必應，早餐的竹蓀麪和晚上點的全竹宴都特別合胃口。
設施：民宿內部設施，周邊環境和酒店的衞生都很棒，離西大門很近，下次再來就可以走西門進入。
總的來説性價比很高，下次來竹海一定還是選擇樸宿。
