The service was terrible. I live on the 9th floor, and there was a very loud banging noise from the floor above in the morning. However, the door could not be opened because she swiped the wrong room number. . . When I asked her to get a room card, she was very slow and made her wait for a long time. The aunt who came to open the door had a gloomy face the whole time. The room rate was more expensive when I booked it, and then it dropped. They didn't remind me to cancel or rebook, but just said they would give me two breakfasts. However, it was still more expensive than the original price, which was very dishonest.
