The service was terrible. I live on the 9th floor, and there was a very loud banging noise from the floor above in the morning. When I checked in the night before, I emphasized to the front desk many times that I must arrange a quiet room, and repeatedly asked to confirm whether there would be any noise upstairs. She said that the conference and restaurant on the highest floor of the 9th floor accommodation would not be noisy, but when I asked her about restaurants and meetings in general, she said no. As a result, I couldn't sleep the next day because of the noise. There were many empty rooms, and we were arranged to a room close to breakfast. We repeatedly requested to be moved to a room not close to the restaurant, but we were moved to a room opposite the restaurant. The next day after checking out, she realized she forgot to take something with her. Another front desk clerk was on duty, so she asked her to swipe her card and go up to get it. However, the door could not be opened because she swiped the wrong room number. . . When I asked her to get a room card, she was very slow and made her wait for a long time. The aunt who came to open the door had a gloomy face the whole time. The room rate was more expensive when I booked it, and then it dropped. They didn't remind me to cancel or rebook, but just said they would give me two breakfasts. However, it was still more expensive than the original price, which was very dishonest.
