酒店大堂很多社會閑雜人員和小童吵鬧，並且和餐廳混在一起，完全沒有正常酒店的樣子，體驗極差，房間枕頭上居然還有完全沒擦過的紅色的油，空調噪音很大，並且幾乎每隔一分鐘重啟一次，完全沒法讓人睡覺。離店時居然直接把兩台電梯全關了説維護，我三個箱子怎麼走？打電話給前台反映並且詢問要多久才能恢復，前台直接來個不知道，我請問呢，你要不要先看看你是幹啥的你給我來個不知道？你們僱的這前台和人機有區別嗎？給前台打了四五次電話尋求解決辦法都是“我也不知道我也沒辦法”。而且入住房間不管你多少個人統一就給一張房卡，請求多要一個居然敢要50按金，不是，大哥你這是房卡還是金卡啊，太金貴了，這酒店真住不起🙏
