Second stay at this really fantastic location. It’s such an enjoyable weekend away. The staff are mostly very friendly and welcoming, but I seemed to have the bad luck of being greeted by Ms Attitude who rolled her eyes at me when I asked if she could use English. Otherwise everyone was lovely and it’s a great hotel. The Aranya village is a Great place to visit

We really enjoyed our stay at the Fisherisland Hot Spring resort. The kids loved the pools and all the activities in the resort. We all loved the beach and the beach bar and Jay the manager was very friendly and assisted us with everything. We even stayed on the beach with a beautiful sea view. Thanks to Jay and all the staff who made our stay enjoyable! 🔆

Finally, I took my mother and brother to Arcadia for a vacation. The two-day and one-night experience was really perfect. The housekeeper thoughtfully upgraded our room. The big bed was replaced with a standard room. It was more convenient to bring children. It was surprisingly on the first floor. There was a swimming pool outside, and the lawn was on the right. It took two minutes to reach the sea. The children were so excited! The room was also very clean. It was a real experience. Don't pay attention to the bad reviews😻 The children ran wildly on the big lawn all afternoon. We adults leisurely faded away the fatigue of 6 days of adjustment, and my mother had a lot of fun. The night was also great. There were small live concerts and a bonfire party at the beach. It was super fun. I got up early in the morning and went to the beach to catch the sea. The children dug a lot of small 🦀. Cute big dogs and small dogs were everywhere on the lawn❤️ My father didn't come this time. I will definitely bring the whole family next time✌ P.s There are many delicious foods nearby. You can walk or drive, and it is economical. The hotel breakfast is also very rich! ❤️Special thanks to the handsome and enthusiastic housekeeper Wu Chao, who added my WeChat before we set off. He took care of everything from check-in to hotel food and entertainment, and responded in seconds. I had a comfortable and peaceful two days thanks to him!

All facilities were stopped and there was no prompt when booking a room. The shuttle buses and trains in the park were all stopped, and there was no prompt for booking a room. There is nothing there, so traveling depends on walking. Most of the shops are closed, so if you arrive after two o'clock, you will have a hard time eating. The soundproofing of the hotel is very poor, and talking in the corridor in the middle of the night is like talking to someone in front of you. The twin beds cannot be pushed together, so parents with children should be aware of this. The hot spring wave we brought was said to be from 10:30-10:50, but it was postponed and ended early. There is a separate fee for the small fish pond, and we were told when it was not time. Breakfast is very good in the off-season and is served quickly, but you need to walk a while to the hot spring hotel to eat it. The beach is nice, the sand is very fine, and the water is relatively clean. The setting is also very impressive. The front desk service is very good, and the luxury room type is well maintained. My child wanted two whale dolls of that room type and they borrowed two and put them in the room. At noon check-out time, the child was playing in the hot spring and didn't want to come out, so I negotiated with the front desk to arrive 20-30 late. Minute check-out was agreed, thank you very much. Generally speaking, there are many people eating dumplings in this place during the peak season, and transportation during the off-season is difficult. Self-driving is okay, but those who don’t want to drive should think twice.

What an amazing place!!! We stayed at the Senzeyuan Hotel which is nicer than the other two hotels in my opinion. Service and cleanliness was excellent and the ladies at the front desk were so helpful and kind. Feng Ting patiently gave us information and quickly responded to any requests we had during our stay. We were very close to the beach and hot spring / water park. There are so many things to do! I went with my daughters and they had a great time. The show and beach party was their favorite! We enjoyed our dinners at the western cafe by the beach. I wish there were more restaurants and things opened but I understand not many people come to the beach in October. I also want to thank the staff at the hot spring/ water park for being so caring. My daughter had a minor emergency and they were very concerned and even walked us back to our room. We felt very taken care of and will definitely be back!

Everything was good in the hotel, also the reception, classy treatment from the staff, and the cleanliness of the rooms is also good. There is (dream ) reception supervisor. Her treatment was very classy and fast. Thank you to everyone there♥️

The room size and service attitude are excellent. The room is large and high-ceilinged and very comfortable. The Bluetooth speakers in the room are even more likely to make me buy them. But? The designer only thought about the design and did not consider the practicality. The bathroom toilet is not hidden enough (either there is no door or it is transparent glass), and the bathtub is too big, so big that it is difficult for them to lay out disposable bags for guests to take a bath. Moreover, the bathtub faucet design? I don't know what they were thinking? Who has such long hands? You have to crawl in to reach the faucet. The breakfast style is not good either. I stayed for seven days and it didn't change. Oh.

The second time I came, it was still as good as before! Yinlu is in Phase 8, outside the main park, but the battery car is very convenient. Now I have to wait for a long time. I called the front desk in advance and expected to wait for 10-15 minutes. It may be the off-season. In the previous peak season, I only waited for five minutes. Overall, it is still very convenient. Yinlu is very new, and I recommend it to my friends every time. Snacks and drinks are also very complete. The only drawback is that the management is strict now. You have to call the front desk first to find a room to ask for something, and the front desk can only give it if it agrees. It feels a bit... The restaurant on the first floor of the first floor should be a cooperative relationship. It was not a must-order last year. Breakfast is the same, it seems to be 128 per person, and you can also try it in the cafeteria. Must-order restaurants can process fresh food. I think the processing fee is a bit confusing, and it is recommended to ask clearly. It’s terrible that my seafood was sent to someone else’s private room. This experience is not good. Thanks to Manager Xiao Meng, who received us last year and made clear arrangements. He also helped us arrange a foot bath at night, sent baby toys, baby toiletries, lollipops, helped us change pillows, and replenished snacks in time, etc. He was really responsive. Good reviews!

The boss upgraded the retest parent-child room. The room was large, with three large beds and very clean. There is a restaurant on the first floor, which is convenient for eating. There is a battery car to the beach, walking to the beach about 800 meters, not far. The facilities in the room are relatively simple, and there is no light control and charging port at the bedside. There is a skylight and you can't see the scenery.
