挺不錯的住宿體驗，家裡八個人剛好安排下，旅遊旺季價格也合適，房東安排的很細心。最主要的是拿房東業主卡直接可以去阿爾卡迪亞，孩子玩兒的超級開心。

〔不好的地方〕：
1，衞生間地面有水，剛入住小朋友一進去就摔哭了，衣服褲子濕了一大片。現在想想都後怕，我帶了四位長者去，任何一個摔了後果都不敢想象。問房東有沒有拖把説稍等，然後就沒有下文了，甚至連個道歉都沒有，這一點非常不滿意。
〔好的地方〕：
1，小區位置不錯，開車去海邊幾分鐘，比較方便。
2，小區裏有泳池，距離不遠，水不是特別乾淨。
3，提供業主卡，可以進阿爾卡迪亞。（這塊房東確認的比較慢）
4，日常的注意事項，房東説的很詳細，基本有問必答（除了衞生間地面有水的問題）。
