房間設施還可以，服務態度還好，但遇到個糊裡糊塗的工作人員，定的雙床，入住給我們分成了大床房，我們又下去換了一次，倒是給我們延時退房了一個小時。第二天我們想坐接駁車去吃早飯，又是他在值班，讓我們等，等了十分鐘過去問，他聯繫司機，司機説是忙不過來，如果我們不過去問還得在那傻等。明明是淡季的週四，接駁車卻不能隨叫隨到也是挺離譜。酒店也沒有早餐，不是很方便，海景還是不錯的，衹是我們去的那天不夠晴，沒有看到橘子海

房間設施齊全，衞生乾淨，環境好 陽台就能看到海，管家式服務，很貼心，就是房間隔音不太好，旁邊説話都能聽到，是不是因為這個原因，給準備了隔音耳塞😹

進入酒店大堂，所有的服務人員都非常熱情、周到的為我們服務，前台、禮賓、行李寄存，所到之處都很舒心，特別是酒店為我們提供的管家服務許若一小姐姐，添加微信後將阿那亞遊玩攻略及時發給我，而且告知我們如何搭乘接駁車、如何去食堂用餐，還告訴我們哪些特別好吃……全方位提供24小時細心服務。
酒店的位置不錯，在阿那亞的核心位置，去哪裡都很方便。房間也相當好，能看到日出。提一點建議，加強酒店房間的隔音處理，衞生間與卧室之間最好能封閉隔離開，要不味道比較大。

Suka Hotel is in a very good location, just a 5-minute walk to the beach. We chose a king-size room, where we could see the sunrise and the Aranya Auditorium from the balcony. It is very convenient to eat and drink. There are many shops around, close to the neighborhood center. You can use the hotel shuttle bus when you stay in the hotel. You just need to tell the housekeeper where you are and someone will come to pick you up. It is very convenient to go anywhere. Special thanks to the housekeeper Ziyi, who is very patient, has a good attitude and is very considerate in service. She is beautiful and kind. Haha, I will stay here again next time I come👏
