環境靠海邊，剛開發的新區，由於人氣不高，灑店入住率低，房間黴味較重，周邊農村，吃飯不方便，停車位多，可能因周邊發展仍在初級有關。

房間乾淨，環境也還可以。酒店位置比較偏，周邊沒有服務設施，沒有早餐，沒有吃飯的地方，需要到最近的昌化鎮去，車程大約5公里，十幾分鍾。

總體體驗一般！性價比高！前台熱情給升了房間！
位置偏僻！適合自己開車的！晚上很嚇人小區沒有人煙！地理位置安靜！總體房間環境可以！大同海邊房子有黴味！窗簾發黴！浴室牆角漏水到房間外面牆體！能看到！
第二天早上有小強來到訪陽台如圖！
房間打掃很乾凈！衞浴設施很全！堪比4星大酒店！有待提高小細節！可做一下微調整
