酒店人不多不是旺季，安排房間位置視野不好一層房頂房間裏有股尿腥味。反映後也無明顯效果。本打算多住二晚。住一天就退房走了不過看夕陽也是不錯。

時隔多年第二次來海南還是選擇開元，到了棋子灣高鐵站有酒店的車子接站還是很人性化的，下樓穿過一片樹林就是海了。早餐豐富可口，酒店的椰子雞套餐值得一試。不足之處就是出門打車非常不方便，建議酒店可以提供到鎮上的車子，正常收費也能接受的。幾年前第一次來酒店有租自行車的，不知什麼原因取消了。總的來説開元很喜歡，下次有機會再來。

1. No one was there to receive us. Only one person was checking us in at the front desk. It was messy.
2. No one in the reception, concierge, or catering department can guide you. You have to find the room by yourself.
2. The facilities are outdated and the sound insulation is poor
3. Chinese restaurant routine. No ordering required. 300 per person. There were more than a dozen of us. It was really amazing.
I have never given a bad review since I booked the hotel.
