一行七人一起去島裏玩，週日晚上和兩位朋友聚會，吃了一樣的東西回去以後都沒有事情，週一早晨七人一起在酒店就餐，就餐三小時後其中六個人出現不同程度的腹瀉、嘔吐、發燒，因着急離島，挺着不舒服的身體回到自己當地醫院掛急診，診斷：腸胃炎。酒店以已離店且不保證中途有沒有進食其他為尤，拒絕處理。
