上一個客人留下的垃圾沒有清理，毛巾不整齊，床上整齊，不知被套、床單、枕套有沒有換過，瓶裝水衹有一瓶，應該是兩瓶，門不能從裏面反鎖，拿椅子擋住才放心睡覺。前台熱情態度好。
