De passage à Laval pour un déplacement professionnel, mon entreprise avait réservé une chambre dans cet hôtel tout proche. La chambre est rentabilisée dans l'espace mais sans soucis. Un grand lit, un bureau, une chaise, des chevets, penderie, grand téléviseur, clim, salle de douche, savon, tout ce qu'il faut. La chambre était très propre, la couette confortable. J'ai un seul reproche : la literie est très inconfortable, une vraie planche... Très dur de trouver le sommeil. Sincèrement, il faudrait revoir le sommier et cela serait parfait. Le petit déjeuner était très bien à mon goût : yaourts nature, aux fruits (Malo), compotes, fromage, fromage frais, beurre, beurre salé, des œufs brouillés (délicieux), du bacon, des pains, viennoiseries, confitures, céréales, fruits, boissons chaudes, jus de fruits (pomme ou jus d'oranges genre tang pas bon). L'accueil est avenant et il y a un distributeur de boissons et de snacks dans l'entrée. Le parking est sécurisé et il y a un restaurant Poivre rouge à côté.

Un établissement vieillot.
L'établissement est vétuste, et à mal veillit. Les chambres sont en accès directe, et par conséquent sont froides. La propreté est à la limite, et la literie est de trés mauvaise qualité. Le petit déjeuner, quand à lui est copieux et corespond, à ce que l'on attend.
