房間乾淨衞生，老闆很好，樓下就是吃飯的，對面是個商場，離火車站，汽車站都不是很遠，走路過去大概10分鐘就可以。

房間衞生乾淨整潔，採光也很好，洗衣機配有免費洗衣液，對於出差人士真的很友好，對面就是高鐵站，走地下通道過去就到了常德高鐵站，真的很值得推薦，衞生又乾淨，設施齊全，出門也方便。
