Changchun Intercontinental Hotel is the accomodation where I stayed during the visit to Changchun, China. The hotel is brand new, and the overall environment is excellent. I would highly recommended Ivy due to her Top-notch service, kindness and helpful.
Furthermore, the breakfast buffet in the hotel is good. There is a a variety of delicious food and the quality is excellent.
Changchun Intercontinental Hotel would still be my preferred choice if I visit to the city next time.
Lastly, I would like to give a 5-Star Rating to Ivy as she deserves it👍🏻

The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The amenities are in good condition. Sherry and her team were extremely welcoming and hospitable. She offered a tour around the lobby and showed the room's facilities and features.
The only downside being the location of the hotel but this isn't the fault of the team.

酒店硬件設施一流，房間佈置也温馨，原以為是一次讓人愉悦的旅行，中間卻出現了一些不盡如人意的事情發生。入住當天在酒店3樓源·自助餐廳定了一個六人位。（去前一天請酒店管家Lisa幫忙預訂的）在客人剛入座時，服務員就不和時宜的詢問如何結賬，我告知都可以後，當時以為是要求先結賬後才能用餐。準備付錢了，她又走了，一會會又來問一遍用什麼付款方式，我又告知都可以。她又走了。莫名其妙😕（孩子在這附近上大學，我們是趁孩子假期過來看一下他，順便請他的同學一起吃個飯，選擇自助餐是避免點菜的煩惱）。第一天入住房間淋浴下水有一點水流不通暢，當時沒太在意，第二天直接排不了了，立刻聯繫了客服服務維修，與此同時還要求她們儘快安排人員來清理地面積水，結果維修人員來了，表示一時弄不好，我就電話要求換房，前台也安排了，在這期間差不多等了20分鐘左右時間，客房始終沒人來清理地面積水，就在這個時間段，導致我去收拾行李的時候摔了。好在後續前台Miss 申和管家Lisa的態度貼心，我也不想影響此次來長春的心情，就沒有去理論什麼。也許今天我碰到的這樣一個看似偶發的事件，其實也暴露出了必然性。平時的維護保養工作和及時清理能避免很多不必要的糾紛。

早就在出發之前就搞定了
飛到長春機場再40分鐘就到酒店了
酒店裡設施設備很多很齊全
細節上咖啡和水都準備了
房間裏的mini吧也很貼心
塞得滿滿當當
Lisa還專門準備的無糖可樂
長春的陽光很好
陽光灑在-1樓的健身房
24小時的健身房
設備還真不少
下午來鍛鍊
一個人包場了
早餐真的好豐盛
嚐到了本地特色
還有常規食物
豐盛且新鮮
還去了泳池
比起泳池
我更喜歡温泉
泡一泡
一天的疲倦都沒有啦

來長春玩，選來選去選了這裏，7月剛開始運營的高新洲際酒店。略微有裝修味，可以接受。預訂好以後有小管家會主動聯繫，會主動詢問房型有什麼需求。
位置的話對於旅遊來説，不算特別好，離新民路、桂林路那片7公里，凈月潭十來公里，還好交通便利打車方便。附近的修正路有超多的飯店，從震宇街走過去，吃飯很方便。附近的地皮還在繼續開發，可能窗户會正對工地，預訂的時候可以提一下。
設施很新，也很豪華。豪華房超大床房型40來平，床品舒服，馬桶單獨一個小屋。廁所沒有排風，純靠智能馬桶排，用久了廁所略有味道。洗澡熱水水流超大。
游泳池在負一層，人很少。不過女兒在這出了點小意外，酒店給賠付了醫葯費。
早餐還可以吧，本地特色是燉菜類的和米腸。晚上8點後，一樓酒吧有外國美女表演，可以下來聽聽。
目前攜程有預售套餐888元，豪華房超大床，包含雙早以及彩豐樓中餐廳雙人套餐。很合適。

管家Lauren劉瑩服務周到，還沒來就提前打了電話，房間乾淨，裝修挺不錯的，房間還有膠囊咖啡機，每天早上自己做兩杯咖啡，再去健身很方便。衞生間有智能沖洗功能，這個特別好。
早餐還不錯，品種齊全，還有墨魚油條，黑色的，第一次見，我也沒嘗，朋友嚐了菠菜油條，還不錯。晚餐吃了酒店的自助，品種也不少，乾淨衞生，服務周到，上餐特別快，中間還有烤鴨小哥哥推着小車，可以切烤鴨，甚至幫忙卷好，很贊，調酒的小姐姐也很酷。
我最喜歡的是游泳池，第一天早上6：00多去衹有一個人，第二天早上6點多衹有我一個人，太爽了，游完還有温泉池可以泡，我每天幾乎都要游泳，這個體驗太棒啦，下次來長春肯定還是選擇這裏。

正確的選擇，不虛此行！還會再來！
設施：小小空間、樣樣都有，貴在設計緊湊合理，空間感極好。房間設計新中式，浴室特別大，馬桶間淋浴房獨立，另設專門衣帽間及入門換鞋處，兩張單床都是 1.35 寬夠大，沙發茶几吧枱設計非常人性化，咖啡機很棒，贈送的飲品很全！（唯一小缺點：浴缸較小，對身高較高的人不夠有好，不確定是這個房型的浴缸小還是都小）
衞生：沒得説，處處窗明幾凈、床品乾淨舒適
環境：距離市中心 4-5 公里，又避開鬧市區的嘈雜
服務：賓至如歸，入住當天一早就有公關部崔經理電話問詢入住時間及需求，入住時一路悉心指引，可以説國內目前沒有幾家酒店做到這服務了
