冰箱，洗衣機，投影儀，電視機都有設備齊全，我最喜歡的還是那個投影儀。離地鐵站也比較近。我住的房間在十四樓隔音很好，不吵。房間很乾凈，被子也不是潮潮的，蓋着很舒服。房東姐姐和小哥人特別好，投影儀我不太會用，房東小哥專門跑了兩趟幫我弄好了，態度也特別好。我是其他省來的，感覺這個地方比較幹不太適應，房東姐姐還跟我説怎麼樣會好一點，第二天早上專門跑一趟給我送了倆盆裝水。第一次來東北，我特別喜歡這個地方，沒有北京上海的快節奏，更有人情味。總的來説，還是很推薦的。

從來沒有給過人差評，這次來了……奉勸大家不要住，他們好多店，位置標註不清晰找不到，找到了操作入住也麻煩，態度還不好，寒冷的天兒心更冷！！

房間狀態不錯，而且很乾凈，室內配套設施也很齊全
希望店家注意一個問題，LOFT的一層實在是找不到合適的充電口，不好坐在沙發上給筆記本電腦充電，剩下的都挺不錯的，是一個合適的落腳點。
