Camp Serai Tiger Tadoba

We had a very nice sighting of tigers in buffer zone. The staff at the camp were very courteous and prepared tasty food according to our needs. Overall a great experience .Great tent cottages with good facilities.Also good and cleanly maintained.

Very Good 👍. Tents are good and clean . Food is also good. Their staff is cooperative and caring. They provided us cold water and once breakfast for Safari . Very peaceful place . Green surrounding. Car parking is available. Only thing is that very deam lights in the are so can't see the steps sometimes. They have to improve it.

Serai tiger camp has lovely clean big rooms with AC set in beautiful nature. Mukul is an excellent communicator and helpful for making the booking. The staff at the camp are friendly and the food is delicious. We had a great time and we recommend it.

We had a pleasure to stay at this place for three nights during our Tiger Safari at Tadoba. This is an excellent place to stay. Food, Quality of service excellent. You will feel like you are having home made food everyday. They also arranged a BBQ one night at a very reasonable price. All the staffs are very cordial. Highly recommended. But don't expect anything fancy here. Extremely value for money. One small suggestion: You can pack the breakfast in big steal bowl and include a flask for tea.

Tadoba March 2024 We stayed at Camp Serai Tiger for 2 nights 3 days. Our experience here exceeded our expectations. The property is beautiful and very well maintained. The staff is very attentive, respectful and eager to help. I would like to recognize owner of the property Mukulji. His passion speaks through his actions. The every detail of the camp is thoughtful and camp is as beautiful as his friendly aura. Be it Natural Bamboo canopy of the entrance or the hundreds of plants of camp which attracts bees and birds. It's a little jungle near main jungle and we loved it. Definitely going to visit again and totally recommend. Thank you Pallavi Thane.

Mukulji said 'whether you stay with us is separate... please book your safaris soon' This attitude immediately resonated with me and we booked camp serai tiger on Tadoba in the 14bed dorm. Due to availability we were upgraded to the 10bed dorm. I was with a handicapped senior friend. The staff was outstanding - punctual, courteous, helpful and prompt. Gopalji, Yuvraj, Chayan Singh and Yadavji (cook) are a few names I remember but all the others were excellent too. Location is great and the food is delicious - had a new dessert, daal and vegetables daily. They have two machaans where you can do some night sightings if you brave the mosquitos (use some citronella/nilgiri oil) They do a wood fired barbecue on demand!

I had the pleasure of returning to Camp Serai tiger in Tadoba I stayed there many years ago and found it to be fabulous place. The return visit didn't disappoint. The location is excellent, away from the Mohurli gate area so you can enjoy the peace but only a short ride to get to the safari, all of which were organised by the resort. The garden area was a delight. Well tended and full of flowers and butterflies, so peaceful. The communication prior was first class. I never had to wait to long for reply to my enquiries despite the time difference. The staff are fabulous. Nothing is too much trouble and a special thank you to chain Singh who ran the restaurant, organised drinking water and food for every safari and always had a smile on his face. The food was good and plentiful. Plenty of choice and the desserts were delicious. The tents are super comfortable and spacious with a/,c if needed and a fabulous ensuite with good water pressure for the shower....definitely needed after the safari. Thank you everyone at serai for making it such a wonderful stay and hope to return soon

This is a home away from home. Simple , comfortable and cozy all in 1 place just like it’s at our home. It’s a small property with 13 rooms only but giving you staying close to nature feeling for sure. There is a machan where you can relax with a cup of tea and watch the beauty of jungle and lake. If you are traveling in winter without fail do ask them to setup bonfire and barbecue for you. It’s a superb experience. Our kids for 3 days did not even once miss tv or mobile since the experiences such as butterfly spotting , machan , lot of tress around to explore and many more kept them excited and geared up to explore the same. The most important part in the property is the staff. They are friendly and are ready to cater to your requirement with a smile. Food is an issue specially if you are a Jain however the team does try to cook as per your choice. Their efforts to keep you happy and satisfied eventually overshadows the taste of the food for sure. Over all , our entire group ( 6 adults + 3 kids ) had a wonderful time and I strongly recommend it to anyone who is visiting Tadoba to stay at camp Serai. Special thanks to Yuvraaj , chefs and the entire team at Camp Serai for making our stay a great one.

I can't stop raving towards the experience I had during my stay at serai tiger camp. The staff including shef made our stay comfortable with their service. Food quality was ok but then you cannot expect various option in jungle.. would love to visit more often..
