Très bel hôtel dans un cadre idyllique avec une équipe très accueillante et professionnelle. Le spa est une réelle plus-value, quand bien même sa taille ne permet pas d'accueillir l'entier des résidents en cas de forte affluence. Heureusement, nous n'avons pas expérimenté une telle situation et avons pu en profiter pleinement. Exception faite du hammam qui était hors service.

We were pleasantly impressed by this hotel, with a dream view from the terrace, from the restaurant, but also from the room. The staff is very friendly and professional. Congratulations to the General Manager and the entire staff: waiters, chefs, reception and cleaning. I can say that I travel a lot and recomand this hotel .

An sich wunderbares Hotel mit sehr schönen Zimmern und exzellentem Restaurant. Ein paar Details könnten verbessert werden: Der Empfang durch die Direktorin ist nicht gerade warmherzig, da hätten wir uns etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit erhofft. Auch wenn man eine ganze Woche bleibt und mehrere Tausend CHF bezahlt, wäre doch eine kleine Geste nicht zuviel verlangt, dies um so mehr als das SPA 2 Tage ausser Betrieb war.

Our family has a long history with the town of Chandolin, therefore we decides to get married in Chandolin. Hotel Manager Caroline and her assistant Mylene did an amazing job from day one in guiding us for what become their first wedding in the Hotel. Everything was so well organised running smoothly “as a swiss watch”. Arranging 3 days of happiness for our 78 guests, no request was too difficult, no idea was too crazy, they litterly went the extra mile at 2000m altitude. I would recommend the hotel by far as the kindness and helpfulness was unmeasured until that day. My only inconvenience, once you discover this place, you will never settle for less again!
