It is a relatively good resort hotel. The hotel has been newly renovated. The internal structure can still be seen as an old building. The hotel is clean and beautiful. You can drive there by yourself or take a taxi.

One of the best hotels I've been to! I went because I was attracted to the spa, but I came out because I fell in love with other activities. Outdoor swimming is great, including tennis and golf.

Myself and husband had another fabulous stay at The Grove for our anniversary plus husbands birthday treat. We were warmly greeted by Kasper, who was very welcoming and helpful. We were allocated a beautiful room with wonderful outlook onto the immaculate manicured gardens. We also had a surprise of yummy chocs and personal card delivered to our room as congrats for our anniversary, and husbands birthday. Also during our fantastic dinner in The Glasshouse later, we were treated to little cakes ( and singsong 😊) from Levi and Lilly to celebrate our two so special occasions. They looked after us wonderfully during dinner too bless them. After a great cosy nights sleep ( to sleep off all the gorgeous food and drink) we enjoyed a hearty breakfast, again in The Glasshouse to set us up for our trip home. We had the best time once again. Thanks so much to the entire team at The Grove ( and The Glasshouse) for another truly memorable, fabulous stay. You spoilt us rotten and we didn’t want to leave. I had an amazing experience at the glasshouse buffet restaurant! The food was amazing and we had so many choices. I absolutely adored the dessert area and also our waitress Amelia was extremely attentive and kind. Our glasses were always full, she always folded our napkins in this really nice way and we always had fresh cutlery. After our lunch we went for a walk and the scenery was absolutely breathtaking! Besides the overly high prices my friends and I really enjoyed this experience!

Great stay with family for fathers day. We ate at all of the restaurants, all were super, but the breakfast really must be the best I have ever had in the UK. Grounds and activities were all great too.

The Grove in Watford is a luxurious resort, though a bit pricey. I stayed here mainly for convenience because it’s located just ten minutes from the Warner Bros. Studio Tour where they shot all the Harry Potter movies. While the resort has some impressive amenities, I did encounter a few setbacks. Upon arrival I waited a little over twenty minutes for my room to be ready. The front desk staff seemed a bit formal and less welcoming than I expected. This was despite numerous texts and calls letting them know exactly when I would be arriving. The fitness center was also challenging – hard to find, with a lengthy walk and a somewhat cumbersome entry process, which limited my motivation to return after one visit. Breakfast at “The Glass House” was a standout, with an extensive buffet, offering nearly anything you could want. However, the bustling atmosphere with businesspeople gave it more of a city “power breakfast” feel than a relaxed resort vibe. All in all, The Grove has a lot to offer, but some of the difficulties tempered my overall experience.

A fabulous luxurious experience to celebrate my husbands birthday and retirement . All staff seemed to go out of their way to make this special even though it was just one nights stay . We had a room upgrade and numerous treats and enjoyed the golf and spa enormously . The meal at the Stables was delicious and we had complimentary bubbles , the waiter was lovely . Thank you for making this new chapter so special
