Food quality and taste was not good specially breakfast menu and quality was not good.
Room and furniture/ mattresses also need to be renewed, replaced or repaired.
Even need improvement in toiletries to match and become comparable with other equal properties available in the region.

Firstly, for the price this is fine. However it is not somewhere I would stay again. the bedrooms were dusty and there were cobwebs in many places. Bedding was not changed properly when requested - a lot of the linens were stained and generally of poor quality. The beds were very comfortable. During my stay I used the ironing services as the iron and ironing board were both extremely poor quality, iron had loose wires and the ironing board was dirty and burned in places even when we requested a replacement. I will say the staff were generally helpful albeit a little aloof. The restaurant and bar staff were helpful and polite. The food was very good, the quality of meat was good, portion sizes were perfect as well as the flavour and cooking standards across all the meals we enjoyed. The drinks menu needs updating and cocktails we ordered were not as expected (maybe they need more training in this area) unfortunately the wine we wanted to drink was not in stock on a number of nights which was disappointing. The spa was out of service for my whole stay there which again was disappointing as I would have booked a treatment.

Booked for two adults and two kids after offer ,property charged for extra beds which not clearly show in the offer price of MMT.when enquired @ front desk they replied for this MMT is responsible

Not a pleasant experience...service is poor...television remotes don’t work...bathrooms needs upgrade
