I went to celebrate my birthday with my family and it was a great experience. The property is very nice, the food was sumptuous with lot of variety, especially the breakfast. The reservation was seamless, credit goes to Ms. Bebo Rawat- AM. The restaurant team was very hospitable, special mention to Paramjeet Sharma and Mukesh. Would like to go there again.

We visited Lalit Chandigarh in Aug 2024, and this has been the worst experience of my lifetime. Inhospitable and incompetent staff, especially would like to call out Mr Sarfaraz (front desk manager)who was very rude, used foul language and denied us checkin unnecessary , wasted 3 hours and it was mental torture and severe harrasment for all of us. Moreover the rooms were stinking of dampness and severe health hazard for kids. To add salt to injury there was no compensation or basic courtesy for the torture we had to go through. I would not recommend this property at all, there are so many good properties in Chandigarh, please don't go for this property.

I have stayed with family hotel location is so good pool is so good back side location is very nyc staff is very helpfull Mr Manpreet is very helpfull boy smile is very nyc when I entered the hotel was welcomed very well Thank u lalit hospitality and thank u amandeep doorman

Excellent service by sumit, gurveer and Amandeep doorman really happy with how they treated and greeted us. A must visit again when I come to Chandigarh it’s always a happy time with the Lalit hotel. Always best with the kids and they treat kid with happy faces .

Very much co operative staff and everything like room and washrooms is neat and clean, breakfast on time as well all the facilities that are provided by them are great. Mr sumit gives us all information regarding our doubts. He is very helpful as well a kind hearted person.
