Hotel molto carico e tranquillo in generale molto pulito però ho notato che nella stanza che ci avevano assegnato erano presenti pochi accessori in particolare nel bagno( mancava un piano, appoggio per mettere quello che serve per igiene , eravamo in tre e c'era pochissimo spazio per dentifricio, spazzolini) non c'erano i porta asciugamani ma solo un ampio armadio e uno scaldasalviette in entrata del bagno scomodi per l'appoggio per esempio delle salviette. Cena e colazione ottime, buffet abbastanza vario. La taverna con bar e diversi giochi da tavola molto bella e caratteristica. Spa ottima anche la piscina riscaldata molto utile.

siamo stati in questo hotel alcune volte e tutti gli anni ci riserva piacevoli sorprese: l'accoglienza, il comfort, la pulizia delle camere e dell'hotel, le ottime colazioni e cene. Il personale è gentile ed efficiente e. A tutto ciò aggiungiamo la posizione strategica (tranquilla ma vicinissima al centro) e la bellezza di un ambiente tutto in legno caldo e curato nei particolari; lo consigliamo vivamente Annabella e Massimo

Una bella struttura, accogliente e curata, in ottima posizione. Camere comode e pulite, belli gli spazi esterni con piscina riscaldata. Personale attento, professionale e molto gentile. Prima colazione diversificata ed abbondante, per la cena il ristorante propone una buona scelta di piatti tipici cucinati con cura.

ABBANDONATA la Camera per PIOGGIA dal SOFFITTO, sul letto e in vari altri punti e nessuna altra camera disponibile o proposta alternativa, esempio: prenotiamo altro albergo, vi spostiamo bagagli, paghiamo differenza extra-costi e vi diamo un voucher per un sabato, altro... NIENTE. Alla mia richiesta di saldare, mi è stato risposto, che non era il caso…che bastava la caparra per i 2gg: quindi ci hanno regalato 70€ circa, come rimborso per aver perso altri 4gg di vacanza organizzata. IMBARAZZANTI Buffett serale solo di verdure con ciliegine di formaggio come unica fonte proteica. Colazione a buffet formaggi scoperti con le mosche sopra senza alcuna azione del personale, è la loro normalità. All’arrivo chiave n.202 ed indicazioni: 1° piano e girare a sx. Naturalmente era il 2° e bisognava girare a dx. Assenza di salita scivolo per disabili o per facilitare trasporto valige. Una bella Struttura con SPA, ma gestita in modo IMBARAZZANTE

abbiamo soggiornato due notti in questo hotel a Champoluc , camere con vista Monte Rosa , non molto pratica la doccia in quanto eravamo in mansarda , purtroppo era l'ultima camera rimasta , abbiamo fatto la mezza pensione , ottimi piatti , c'era il buffet di verdure per iniziare , un piccolo antipasto , primo , secondo e dolce , tutto eccellente , spero ritornare , consigliatissimo , un ringraziamento particolare alla signora della reception che ci ha fornito eccellenti suggerimenti per alcune passeggiate

Beau spa et cadre agréable mais attitude très désagréable et arrogante des propriétaires qui a gâché notre séjour. Ce qui nous a déplu aussi : Suivi aléatoire des problèmes techniques Restaurant quelconque - préparations à partir de poudre et cela se goûte ! Beau bar mais aucun service. Nous y avons passé 2 soirées sans qu’on nous propose une boisson (et pas de thé/café disponible dans la chambre) A savoir : distance pour les remontées de ski + de 600 m et non 200 m comme indiqué sur le site de l’hôtel. Évitez la chambre 302, la disposition de la baignoire dans la sous pente rend son utilisation vraiment inconfortable. De plus il n’y a aucune possibilité de s’assoir à 2 dans la chambre malgré la grande taille de la pièce. Bref nous n’y retournerons pas et nous ne le conseillons pas. Il y a très probablement mieux dans la jolie station de Champoluc qui bénéficie d’un agréable domaine skiable de taille moyenne.
