We stayed here for a ski vacation. In addition to the convenience and comfort, the hotel has beautiful interior design and many artistic elements. The food and cocktails were delicious. Highly recommended!!

Abbiamo soggiornato io e io marito 4 notti a fine anno. Attirati dall’edificio che molte volte avevamo notato di passaggio a Champoluc, abbiamo ricevuto un trattamento e servizi in linea con la categoria dell’hotel. In particolare abbiamo appreso durante il nostro soggiorno che l’hotel é stato riaperto da poche settimane, dopo un’attenta ristrutturazione e con una diversa gestione. Ambienti belli e curati, pulizia ineccepibile. Il plus é rappresentato dal personale, tutti nessuno escluso, garbato professionale ma “accogliente”, ti fa sentire bene. Viaggiando molto per lavoro all’estero, ho notato molto clienti stranieri presenti, e ascoltato una padronanza dell’inglese da parte del personale, non cosí scontata (purtroppo) in Italia!

What an excellent hotel. The staff and owners are just fantastic. You couldn’t have a more welcoming, friendly bunch! The food is excellent and many restaurants to choose from. They have bent over backwards to make our stay perfect. We will definitely come back!

Really lovely hotel, short walk to the ski lifts and nice cosy space to relax. We loved the outdoor hot tub post-skiing. The breakfast is nice with lots of options. Friendly staff and they were really helpful helping us get organised and book restaurants and ski hire

Amazing hotel with great staff who went out of their way to help us and make our stay seamless multiple times. Breakfast (which was included) was fantastic, and so were the outdoor and indoor hot tubs.

The room I got was tiny compared to friends next door. No table or chair. Paid the same price. Did not get late check out, my friends did. This was supposed to be a spa hotel, but there was no body lotion, no bathropes or slippers included in the price. Also the half board 4 course dinner menu was tasteless. No heating for the skiboots, we were advised to store our boots in a rental shop for 18 e extra cost. Rooms heating did not really work. To sum up, place that looks nice but does not take the effort to make the difference. Unequal service. Lack of the essentials should be told in internet pages of the hotel in advance for proper packing.

Nice ski resort. Slopes in excellent condition. No queues for the ski lifts. Average rating for the hotel. Friendly staff, food & room ok. Unpleasant surprise when leaving. Check out already at 10 am. Possibility for "late check out" for 30 euros, but was not available.

Typical Alpine hotel well located and with excellent views...Varied and good breakfast...Unfortunately the bed and mattresses are really not adequate...Prices correctly from a 3-star hotel in line with the real characteristics of the structure
