Très vieux, mal entretenu, air climatisé très bruyant, conduit d’air qui coule. Très humide. Payé 300$ - beaucoup trop cher considérant l’état de la chambre. Je ne recommande pas.

Il a fallu 50 min d’attente dans le lobby pour le check in et on à assister à une désorganisation totale de la part des employés. La chambre n’était toujours pas prête à 18:45. Je n’y retournerai pas et vais opter pour un compétiteur la prochaine fois

Pire rapport qualité prix!! Nous avons vécu une expérience désastreuse pour 1 nuit du samedi 19 juillet au dimanche 20 juillet 2025. Après avoir eu à faire la file d’attente pendant plus de 50 minutes à notre arrivée, l’état de la chambre était littéralement dégueulace! Décor des années 70s, jamais rénové, moisissures autour du bain, odeur nauséabonde. Comble du malheur, la toilette ne « flush » pas!! Malgré 2 demandes beaucoup trop civilisées, personne n’est venu la réparer! Aucune compensation… aucun remord, le gérant de service était complètement inutile. Il ne nous a même pas présenté ses excuses. Tout ça avec une facture de plus de 300$ pour 1 seule nuit. Endroit à éviter À TOUT PRIX!!!

Bel hotel, à proximité de tout, avec du stationnement, des bornes pour véhicules électriques, et du personnel accueillant, courtois et efficace. Quelques ajouts ou modifications pourraient être faits pour améliorer l’expérience (réouverture de la piscine extérieure, ventilation dans la salle de bain, miroir plein pied et déjeuner continental) mais rien de critique. J’y retournerai sans hésiter.

L'emplacement près du centre ville de Trois-Rivières est super, mais le confort est moyen. Lits trous mous. un petit relookage des lieux ferait du bien, C'est la4e fois que j'y séjourne et c'est la première fois que je suis un peu déçu.
