First class experience in a wonderful hotel and beautiful setting. Everything is modern and very clean. Breakfast was outstanding and dinner was excellent at the on property restaurant. We had a driver to drive us to the vineyards and had a great champagne tour.

Tutto è stato perfetto dall’arrivo alla partenza. Al ristorante Bellevue abbiamo mangiato bene su una terrazza con vista sulla campagna ed Épernay. Purtroppo il ristorante Royal era tutto prenotato quindi consiglio di farlo al momento della prenotazione e di non aspettare poco prima dell’arrivo.

Wonderful hotel in beautiful setting. Best sleep I’ve had in a hotel, ever, the bedding is of excellent quality. The food was delicious every time, and so was the desert, yum yum yum. The team were all very helpful and friendly, special thanks to the reservation team that was very efficient and prompt in replying to all my queries.

Passage au royal champagne avec ma fille pour prendre un cocktail le 14 juillet fin de journée. A notre arrivée sur le parking après avoir garé notre véhicule nous nous dirigeons vers l'accueil aucun des 2 voituriers ne nous a salué. Terrasse agréable mais sous la table un tas de terre... pour un 5 ***** très moyen. Personnel de service des cocktails agréable. A notre départ la personne a l'accueil ne nous a pas salué ! encore une fois pour un 5***** même pour un établissement de service c'est inadmissible. Seule la vue dégagée de cet endroit donne envie d'y venir, cocktail cher pour la qualité. Le cocktail et l'accueil ne valent pas 5 étoiles rien à voir avec les ets parisiens de ce type.

The hotel is obviously one of the best in the world, its superb service and spectacular views makes it a must for travelers with very high standards. We will return but for a much longer period. As a side note, we travelled on and stayed at the Mandarin on lake Lucerne, no way as good.

Beautiful resort we were grateful to call "home base" for three nights in Champagne. Features every amenity you might want, very tastefully designed, and well executed by a highly profession staff that defied the stereotype of "snooty French people" (with the possible exception of one woman working the spa desk on our last night). The bar menu and included breakfast overshadowed the core dinner offering from Le Bellevue (we did not try the Michelin-starred restaurant), but in any case, the views from the terrace overlooking gorgeous vineyards were incredible. The infinity pool is similarly spectacular, but arguably outdone by the indoor pool and jacuzzi. Only criticism would be lack of any actual servers from whom to order drinks, though we didn't see many guests spending time at the pool on our one (hot) afternoon there... as guests presumably prefer to spend their days tasting Champagne! Lobby and lower level are stylish, yet comfortable and inviting areas, and we loved stopping by the glass Champagne cellar downstairs to play backgammon on their wonderful board table. Our suite was also very well equipped and service was generally outstanding. Certainly hope to return!

Espace Spa très Luxueux, Piscine intérieure immense et extérieure avec une vue magnifique sur les vignes. Personnel du bar extérieur très sympathique et une attention particulière pour Elea , pour ses massages très professionnels, les installations sont très luxueuses et chaque détail compte..
