Oui mais… Mon avis mériterait un 5 étoiles si l’offre de restauration était différente et honnête Beaucoup trop cher pour la qualité !!! 2 exemples parmi tant d’autres: -3 crevettes panées appelées gambas à 44euros soit 15 e la crevette!!!! -Le petit déjeuner un peu « leger » pour un hôtel 5 étoiles. Ils font payer trois euros pour des garnitures additionnelles sur les omelettes… Ce n’est pas pour les trois euros, mais plus pour la forme ! Sinon, hôtel et spa magnifiques et personnel, très sympathique

J’ai eu la chance d’être invitée à travailler au Royal Champagne en résidence en tant que masseuse pour le we du premier mai . Le lieu est magnifique, La vue de la terrasse est hypnotique, on dirait une mer de verdure . Je n’ai jamais vu un tel sens du service et un personnel aussi pro , gentil et attentionné. Le Spa est magnifique, 1500 mètres carrés de détente et plaisir Et cerise sur le gâteau, j’ai pu tester un massage avec Élodie . C’est une vraie experte et passionnée , j’ai rarement été aussi bien massée . Étant moi même dans ce domaine j’ai pas mal d’attentes mais la j’ai eu un vrai massage profond, technique et plein de générosité . Je recommande à 100 pour cent !

Boire son verre de champagne sur la magnifique terrasse du Royal Champagne reste merveilleux. Autant pour la vue que l’accueil et l’amabilité du voiturier au service. Le lieu est exceptionnel, prêt de chapeau pour le soleil… à refaire sans hésiter !

Je suis allée vivre une expérience au Royal Champagne comprenant un déjeuner "Make it balance" suivi d'une demi journée au Spa. Comment dire... C'était incroyable, tant par la qualité du service, des installations, du confort durant les soins et de l'accompagnement par nos deux praticiennes Emmanuelle et Sarah. Des soins techniquement parfaitement exécutés et qui répondait a nos besoins sur mesure avec mon mari. Merci à toute l'équipe pour son accueil et son service . Un grand merci également à Anna, la directrice, absolument charmante et bienveillante durant notre journée spa. Fanny et Theesan

Pretty much one of the best hotel in the world , wonderful staff amazing food and the best vista from any cocktail bar , we are always made to feel so welcome and nothing is too much trouble, five star all the way, a must visit if in the Champagne area
