Excellent séjour. Hôtel très luxueux. Chambre belle, très propre et spacieuse avec une superbe vue sur la campagne. Personnel souriant et agréable. Le bar et le restaurant délicieux. Le must: le SPA, très beau et nous avons fait avec mon mari sans aucun doute le meilleur massage de notre vie (pourtant nous en avons fait une centaine). C’était incroyable. Merci Chloé et merci Elodie. Nous étions ravis c’était top! Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute!

Personnel au top. Du grand art. Attention délicate : champagne dans notre chambre offert pour l'anniversaire de ma femme. Les deux chambres: impeccables. Restaurant étoilé bien sauf que...sur 4 personnes, ma femme et moi avons été intoxiqués . Nous avons passé la nuit aux toilettes par alternance ! Mon fils et ma belle fille n'ont pas été malades alors que nous avons mangé le même menu. Mais il est vrai qu'ils sont plus jeunes et sans doute plus résistants. Un petit pépin d'hygiène sans doute. Le chef est par ailleurs une personne charmante et assez douée. On ne comprend donc pas . A signaler que les vins choisis par le sommelier pour accompagner les 4 plats étaient décevants et pas au niveau du reste sauf le Santenay .( pour 80 € par personne pour les vins , on doit pouvoir faire mieux). A part l'incident sus évoqué séjour agréable. A l'heure où nous publions ces lignes la gastro s'est enfin résorbée. Prix payé 3100€ pour deux chambres et 4 dîners.

De retour au Royal Champagne pour un court séjour mais bien reposant. Personnel toujours au top et à l'écoute. Merci à Sarah et Sarah , Marion, Adrien et à toutes et tous pour votre bienveillance. SPA toujours très apprécié et parfaitement entretenu. Les massages sont appréciés. Les chambres sont luxueuses et pratiques avec un vue superbe sur les vignes. Le Bellevue propose des plats bien exécutés et une belle carte des vins et surtout des champagnes...... Nous reviendrons rapidement je l'espère !

Un établissement de rêve ,magnifique architecture , décoré avec un goût très sûr , des matériaux nobles et le soucis du détail . Accueil incroyable , chaleureux et professionnel . La piscine de 25 m est fabuleuse , les chambres spaciacieuse . Le restaurant le Royal est bon , le chef est très sympathique .

At the ripe age of 65 I’ve had the privilege to be able to stay at some of the best resorts in the world however, never would I imagine saying that there is nothing that tops and is more special than the Royal Champagne. from the moment we were greeted warmly by an impeccable professional staff, to every detail, and appointment throughout the hotel, to the phenomenal food from breakfast to dinner, to just the smallest of details, like warming up our car prior to our taking it on a drive and placing in the navigation where we were going , I really can say there is no better place on earth! And that is a tremendous statement coming from me who is the most particular individual. we so enjoyed our time talking to your guest relations director, Jacopo who we thoroughly enjoyed while we were having a fantastic cocktail at the bar. Again, not one detail missed even the heated floors in the bedroom there’s absolutely no question we will be returning for Harvest. R Stone

Nouveau séjour au royal champagne et je tenais cette fois à mettre un commentaire. Nous y allons depuis que l hôtel a ouvert ses portes et je trouve que ils font toujours mieux. Cet hôtel correspond à une bulle de serenite et de bien être qui est rare à trouver. Tout a été parfait du début à la fin. Les massages étaient très relaxants (merci à Chloé pour ses conseils beauté et sa petite attention en chambre) le repas du soir était délicieux et le petit déjeuner d une grande qualité. Enfin je terminerai par mettre en avant la qualité du personnel. Cet hôtel est un 5 étoiles mais le personnel lui donne la 6 eme étoile. Un hôtel aussi beau soit-il n est rien sans un personnel à sa hauteur. Dans le cas présent, il est d un très haut niveau de qualité de service, d une gentillesse extrême et très arrangeant. Un grand merci à eux. Nous reviendrons.
