Nous avons séjourné en famille au Cristal de Jade de Chamonix pour les vacances début juillet et ce fut une semaine de pur bonheur. Située au pied du téléphérique de l'Aiguille du Midi, la résidence est au calme et la vue est magnifique. Le centre piétonnier est à environ 10 minutes à pied. L'appartement est spacieux, propre et bien équipé, avec une literie ultra confortable. Côté détente, nous avons grandement apprécié l'espace spa, avec une pisicne couverte très bien chauffée et les bains bulles très relaxant. Le personnel est d'une grande gentillesse et nos amours à quatre pattes sont aussi les bienvenus. C'était vraiment une chouette semaine.

We absolutely love our stay here (2nd time). Each self-catering apartment is exceptionally well equipped with everything you could possibly need, making it feel like a true home away from home. The location is perfect — just a few minutes’ walk from the heart of Chamonix and literally steps from the Aiguille du Midi cable car. There’s also a small Carrefour supermarket conveniently located right across the road. The spa facilities are amazing, and the pool is a wonderful bonus after a day out exploring. Everything is spotlessly clean, beds very comfy and the views are absolutely breathtaking — you could easily spend hours just soaking them in. A special mention must go to the fantastic staff, especially Arnaud. He is by far the most polite, friendly, and helpful manager we’ve ever come across. Arnaud, thank you again for your patience with my terrible parking – you were incredibly understanding! We travelled with a 4yrs old who’s not a very good walker and the team sourced us a buggy and it was already waiting for us in our apartment on arrival! No need to ask twice.. Fantastic :-) For families considering visiting, there is plenty to do with the little ones in the area and this is a great base for exploring. The only minor suggestion would be to improve the TV channel selection for English-speaking visitors, but honestly, that’s hardly worth mentioning when you have the stunning scenery right outside your window. We already can’t wait to return — this place truly feels like home for us, only better :-) Highly recommend!

We always love staying at Le Cristal de Jade when visiting Chamonix; it’s our go-to place! The property is beautifully maintained, and the pool area is a wonderful spot to relax after a day out in the mountains.
One area for improvement would be ensuring the apartment is thoroughly cleaned before check-in. During our last stay, we noticed it wasn’t as spotless as we’ve come to expect. A little more attention to detail would make the experience even better.

Quel fantastique séjour nous avons eu à cet endroit! L’accueil chaleureux de Philippe, les supers conseils de ski d’Arnaud, le superbe condo 2 chambres avec vue sur la montagne😍 … une belle piscine avec 2 spas pour la relaxation après le ski…tout était fabuleux! Le Cristal est situé en face de l’Aiguille du Midi, à 2 coins de rue des boutiques et restos et à 10 minutes de marche du train de Montenvers! Tout y est pour un séjour de rêve! On le recommande à 10000%! Tanya Soucy et David Martin de Levis!!

Mycket bra hotell för en skidresa!
Härligt lägenhetshotell med hög standard på lägenhet och övriga faciliteter som gym och spa. Ligger bra till med buss Ski14 utanför till Le Brevent. Övriga skidområden från Chamonix Sud Busstation som ligger 350m från hotellet. Enkel promenad från der fina skidrummen. Även centrum med butiker och restauranger ligger på promenad avstånd. Ett plus för möjlighet till massage och att man kan beställa färskt frukostbröd med leverans till hotellet.
Bodde i 2 sovrums lägenhet med två badrum och tillräckligt kök med diskmaskin och balkong på tredje våning.
