Nice hotel and accommodable

I had two reservations — my son was able to check in, but when I went to check in, there were no rooms available. So we had to squeeze into just one room.

The room was adequate, but when I arrived the TV was on and there were no batteries in the remote, I was able to get batteries, but then I discovered there was only a partial roll of toilet paper available. In the morning, I was told they didn't have any yet. What hotel doesn't have extra toilet paper? I finally went again in the evening and the lady behind the desk gave me some. The first day, my shower water wouldn't get above lukewarm, the second day it was fine. Also, I arrived to a shouting match by residents on the third floor. The walls were very thin and it was hard to get to sleep. The elevator was in the back of the hotel far from my room on the fourth floor, so I elected to use the stairs and constantly had to pass by people sitting on the steps smoking or vaping. When I went to potty my leashed dogs, a woman on her phone was wandering around with her off leash puppy which ran up to my dogs... It was an unpleasant stay and I ended up moving to a much better hotel ten minutes down the road for my final night in the area.

The first room i was given was so disguting and dirty. The ac had cherrios that were so old in it they were turning green. Walls and bathrrom was disgusting. Hadnte em been moped or swept. And kitchen was even worse. After sitting in car contemplating whether to take a loss and just sleep in my car or ask for another room. I did recieve another room. It was better than the last one.it just hadanawfum smell but at least it wasnt dirty.

Not only did someone just die there but the staff was very rude and very nosy the manager even had the nerve to comment on not only my company but the other guests that were staying at the hotel as well even though nothing had happened no complaints were made no fights had broke out no police were called or anything it was very unpleasant
