This review is for the M lounge, the customer service every time from Yemesirach was exceptional. She was attentive to the needs of not only me but everyone in the room. The day she was not here Luis took care of my family. he was able to anticipate the needs of a 12 year-old and the things that she was wanting and the dessert that she was gonna need as the hour at 7:30. She was craving something happened with the door and he handle it very expertly and even with other patrons was able to make the lounge run smoothly. I applaud his smooth handling of a controversial situation which earned a good tip from me us

The M Club attendant, Yemesirah, was exceptional. She never allowed dishes to pike up, she got me an evening cup of decaf since it wasn't available in the coffee machine, without hesitation. We travel often and not all M Clubs are the same, but this one was fantastic and should be a model for other locations. I highly recommend this location.

I’ve been coming to this hotel for several years. Helen always has an infectious smile and is sweeter than sugar. It makes for a much more pleasant dining experience and stay at the hotel.
