Convient location.
Helpful staff.
Unchanged sheets but changed upon request at the front desk.
Non-smoking room smelling cigarette smoke. Noisy with the bar in front of our windows.

Free water bottles and croissants and tea in july at reception.

Klein aber sehr fein! Gut zentral gelegen mit guter Parkierungsmöglichkeit in Gehdistanz! Zimmer und Ausstattung optimal für eine Durchreise in der man sowieso mehr im Städtchen unterwegs ist als im Zimmer! Super bequeme Betten und am Morgen danach erwartet den Gast ein wirklich geniales Frühstücksbuffet in coolen Ambiente! Der Besuch war ein Glücksgriff!

Manque un jaccuzy sinon très belle piscine très bon service et très bon petit déjeuner bon emplacement à recommander très bon accueil à votre écoute service de chambre irréprochable. Juste douche bouché mais très vite noté. Nous y retournerons

Ottima soluzione: con una passeggitata di 5 minuti si è già in centro (vabbè che Chambery non è Parigi...) Ottima soluzione per chi arriva in auto in quanto è vicinissimo all'uscita dell'autostrada e il garage coperto e privato con codice di entrata è appena girato l'angolo, in modo da essere assolutamente indipendenti. Camere abbastanza ampie, con cassaforte e bollitore, ottima qualità del sonno. Niente frigobar ma acqua free nella hall con bollitore tè tisane e caffè. Carina la spa, anche se non grandissima noi ci siamo rilassati. Migliorerei solamente il calcare nei bagni. Nel complesso veramente buona soluzione.

Hôtel tres bien placé dans la ville mais dans un bâtiment sans charme . Cher pour la prestation . C'est plutôt un hôtel de niveau 3 Etoiles pas 4 étoiles . Un bon hôtel que je conseille si vous voulez passer une nuit à Chambéry. Bon petit déjeuner.

Ottima la posizione in centro città, personale molto cortese. Al nostro arrivo l’ascensore non funzionava e per i successivi 2 giorni non è stato riparato… Il letto della nostra stanza, il giorno successivo al nostro arrivo, non era stato rifatto, ma le lenzuola erano state semplicemente tirate. Alle nostre lamentele, però, si sono mostrati disponibili. Ma in un 4* non DEVE succedere… Standard generale non adeguato alla categoria

Séjour de 2 nuits à l’occasion d’un mariage familial dans la région. Parking inclus dans notre chambre: malheureusement aucune des 2 nuits passées n’a permis d’aller garer notre voiture et nous avons dû faire des À/R parking/ hôtel..reponse: désolée quelqu’un a réussi à s’introduire dans le parking et occupe une place réservée à l’hôtel! Bonjour la sécurité!! Carte magnétique de chambre qui a dysfonctionné les 2 jours, nous obligeant à descendre à la réception.. Le sauna ne fonctionnait pas à midi, qui était le seul horaire qui nous permettait d’y aller. Odeur de javel dans l’entrée de l’hôtel ( la porte donnant sur la piscine ouverte!!) Un boutique hôtel qui n’en a ni la classe ni la prétention dans ses prestations offertes. Propreté très moyenne! Savon cassé dans la douche! Seul le prix pouvait peut-être nous mettre la puce à l’oreille!!! Et là encore déception puisque les mariés avaient négocié avec 3 hôtels de la région pour nous faire bénéficier d’une réduction de 10%, la responsable nous affirmant n’avoir aucun contrat avec l’endroit du dit mariage. Nous n’y reviendrons JAMAIS!
