Un domaine de rêve, accueil très professionnel, chambre avec baignoire Très originale, restaurant et petit déjeuner très goûteux avec produits de qualité. Domaine très bien entretenu. Seul petit bémol les gel douche et shampoing pratiquement vides . Nous reviendrons avec plaisir car nous avons passé un séjour très agréable

L'endroit est merveilleux le personnel sympathique. Les chambres du château sont très belles même si toutes ne sont pas équipées de la climatisation . Cependant quel dommage qu'in tel endroit ne possède pas un restaurant décent. J'y ai séjourné trois fois ce mois de juin , la carte est la même, les plats amenés congelés (encore froid dans mon assiette) et un personnel certes gentil mais nonchalant.

Bon cadeau pour un pique nique champêtre, Attente très longue: pas de place de parking près du lieu prévu,déjà occupé par d'autres clients, beaucoup d'allées et venues pour avoir un pique nique quelconque servi dans des boites en carton ( club sandwich ,part de gâteau écrasée ) bien loin du descriptif donné sans les coupes de champagne prévues, pas de nappe, bref extrêmement décevant ,seul le cadre valait le déplacement

Seated, we ordered two Perriers with mints, which painfully reached our table after a 25-minute wait. Then, we ordered our dishes and waited 40 minutes. Yes, a waiter came to take our order? We explained to him that it was done and that we were waiting for the dishes. He explained to us that he had a computer glitch and that we had to order again and therefore wait.... The table next to us was also forgotten and was about to leave when their dishes arrived! We noticed a total lack of organization, poorly trained waiters, not very dynamic, and one of them too familiar. It's a shame because the setting was magnificent. To be avoided

Beautiful facade... but that's it. Disappointing experience! The hotel impresses upon arrival with its beautiful building. And special mention goes to the male restaurant staff, very friendly and attentive. But for the rest, it's a real disappointment. Frosty welcome: no smiles, no questions, no interest in the customer. Cold room, impractical design (bathtub in the room), broken auxiliary heating. Breakfast unworthy of a 4-star hotel: very little choice, few fresh and savory products (not even an egg or ham), served by staff who didn't even say hello. No attention upon departure: not a word, not a question about our stay. No visible management, the impression of a hotel left to unsupervised interns. It's simple: I've never experienced such a lack of hospitality in an establishment of this category. Hotel to avoid, despite its beautiful exterior appearance.

Pas facile de trouver un restaurant ouvert à Chambéry le dimanche soir.Sûrement très agréable l’été en terrasse. Vous êtes à 10 minutes en voiture du centre ville. Beau château.Parking facile. Belle salle.Service professionnel. Poulpe cuisson parfaite Polenta pas assez crémeuse. Foie gras poêlé excellent. Dessert bien. Carte des vins astucieuse.

Nous sommes venus déjeuner pour la première fois ce dimanche 23 février avec ma femme à la Cantine. Les plats étaient tout simplement délicieux et notre repas a été en plus sublimé par la bienveillance et la bonne humeur dégagée par l'ensemble du personnel de l'établissement.
