Mr Sachin Thakur and chef Sachin are a great companion who were more of friends who made my new year very special and made my year . Rooms were great as well as their helpful nature where they helped me to plan my trip to khajiar … a great great great one by them

Hotel is clean, rooms are good size and well-maintained. The reception, dinning and room service staff are supportive, decent, polite, humble and co-operative. Food quality nice and the room service is also decent. Dinner spread is exceptionally good, with wide choice of items. Only issue is the hotel doesnt 24/7 hot water facility and the bathing/whoer water is not warm /hot.

Best for their warmth and hospitality. It has a warm and cozy atmosphere with very attentive and helpful staff who cater to any and all of your requests within their reach. It is also very close to Banikhet market which makes evening strolls a delight.

The hotel has a great environment with courteous and very helpful staff. Spacious and comfortable rooms. The heating system in the room added to the comfort of my stay. This is a relatively new and very clean property. I will stay there again.

Overall service was good. Staff is so respectful and helpful. Room cleaning service is excellent. Whenever we needed help, we got it within 5 minutes. Food quality is absolutely fantastic. Food taste is very delicious. Ultimately, it was a wonderful experience to stay at Hotel Nature's Valley. Look
