Comfortable view, amazing staff with really good service with special thanks to Karnail Singh. The room had a very lovely view of the mountains, the room was very neat and clean. Some of the tourist spots were in walking distance which was helpful.

Very Good Hotel in Dalhousie nice view and good hospitality very co-operative staff specially Mr.karnail and Mr.Harish f&B department and from front desk Mr.Arun was very helpful we enjoy alot thank you everyone for taking care of us....

Great location and great restaurant. Located next to a waterfall. Jain food was prepared on request and Mr. Karnail Singh, Mr. Harish and Mr. Suraj took great interest in understanding and accomodating our needs. They provided great variety too. Hotel is fine and professionally run.

Very clean rooms and very delicious food. and very peaceful location and the view from open terrace is amazing. Overall it was a great and very memorable stay. The staff was also very polite and humble but specially thanks to Mr. Suraj from reception and Mr. Karnail and Harish from restaurant for taking care us and give us good service.

Fantastic stay at the Best Nest, the service from the staff was incredible! They helped whenever they could, and truly wouldn’t stop until you were happy. Food was good value and tasty. The views from the room were amazing, never seen anything quite like it. Would definitely recommend, and would stay again if ever in the area! Thanks to Ms shiwani Ms Tanisha Mr suraj

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay.
