We booked 2 rooms, the bathroom ceiling of one of the room were damped and balcony lock was broken due to which cold air kept coming in. The bedsheets were dirty, upon replacing the bedsheets, even dirtier bedsheet came from the staff. For the second room, there was no key to the room, hence, the room was continuously open. We had to keep our documents and luggage at the mercy of the cctv camera and hotel manager, no replacement key was made available to us. No glass to drink warm water, room was not even prepared for the check in even our check in was during 5pm in the evening. Worst experience ever, won't recommend anyone ever.

Staff was horrible. Service was poor. And there were mice in the hotel ceilings. Food was horrible tooooo.

cancel the second day booking due to health issues. Owner didn't understand our situation and took the full amount for the second day. Rooms were not cleaned.Only one room heater was provided inspite of asking multiple times. We do recommend this hotel to anyone

We really enjoyed our 3 days stay here in The White Orchid. Must say they served us one of the best hospitality ever. All the staffs were very polite, kind and helpful. The hotel's cleanliness and the room decoration were well maintained. The restaurant area was amazing, the food and their services placed there were awesome. Everything about the hotel was worth it! Undoubtedly would be staying here again whenever we visit to Dalhousie. 😊

I would like to thanks all the staffs there for their kind behaviour and for the gesture they offered there. Rooms were properly maintained, foods were delicious and the services were also done well. Specially the views through the rooms gave us the full satisfaction. One of the best stay in Dalhousie! Thanks team

The room to be quite small. While it was clean and well-maintained, the limited space made it challenging to move around comfortably. The bed took up most of the room, leaving little area for luggage and other personal items. Despite this, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the location was convenient. If you're planning a short stay or don't need much space, this hotel could still be a good option. However, for longer stays or if you prefer more room to spread out, you might want to consider other options.
