Just average. We were in log hut. Hut design itself is not well thought. Lights are not adequate . Bird watch is scam. I paid for it in advance and later realized there is nothing. One person will walk you on village streets and show some random birds. Even after paying I did not go. Best part is, pre booked cannot be cancelled . Customer care does not work after 6pm. So total money waste . Charges are high but overall not worth the charges . Just average.

Pros- - Clean rooms, Nice environment, Great food, Good staffs Cons- the ac units are very old and i faced issue twice . Thanks to the technician who fixed it quickly. But not something that we expect in such an expensive place. They should really look the AC units Also the kids indoor play area is very badly maintained. Frequent power fluctuations were seen when we were there.

This is a resort at the edge of the jungle in Bandipur. The USP is being close to the jungle. I saw deers inside the property. Overall a well organized resort with good hospitality. Food is good. Nature walks organized are good. There is no cellular coverage so you are totally dependent on their WIFI. They enable jungle safaris. Be open to the possibility of not seeing anything even after spending more than 2 hours in a canter. If you are lucky you will have good sightings. This is not a visit to a zoo.

The resort is in a wonderful location. It's inside the reserve forest. The food & service was excellent. Rooms were spacious & well fitted. The staff were very courteous & took care of all needs. Both the jungle safari & the morning walk was wonderful.

Exceptional location and ambience, stellar service. The place is located deep inside the forest area. Very calm and tranquil. The property spreads across 18 acres, with another 18 acres of buffer. The facilities are excellent. The team organizes morning and evening nature walks. They arrange for jungle safari booking, ***** with pick up and drop. Since it is remote, meals have to be taken in the property itself. They have a beautiful dining area overlooking the forest. The most important part is the hospitality of the staffs. They are very friendly and helpful. They will go the extra mile to make your stay comfortable and memorable. [While checking out I left my backpack in one of the reception sofas. Realized only after reaching Bangalore. The ever resourceful Madhusudan requested and arranged to send it through a guest who was traveling back to Bangalore. ] Many thanks to the staffs at the property for making our stay memorable.

Not worth the hype or the money. I would recommend the government property jungle lodges located close by instead. - Rooms are large with waste of space. No view. Noisy air conditioners all over the property. - Overpriced food with no full board option. Breakfast spread very poor. - Poor road conditions leading upto the property - Debilitated SPA. - No interesting activities If you are looking for a leisure getaway, i wouldn't recommend this property.
