Sehr zentral gelegen, schöne Einrichtung in den „öffentlichen“ Bereichen, schöne und gut ausgestattete Bar und umfangreiches Frühstück. Aber Zimmer klein, Empfang wirkte leicht überfordert. In unseren Augen kein 4-Sterne-Hotel (mehr?)

Une toute Première pour moi et vraiment pas déçus de cette destination. Très belle hôtel pour une petite ville de province très bien située en plein centre à proximité de tout ( restaurant, boulangerie , parc ect..) Les chambres sont très confortables ,calme et fonctionnel . Le personnel est très agréable Je recommande vivement cette hôtel J’ai passer un très bon séjour.

Siamo stati per tre notti quale base per una visita nella regione dello Champagne. L'hotel è ben posizionato sulla piazza principale del paese con ampio parcheggio pubblico. Il personale è molto gentile. La stanza era ampia ed i letti confortevoli. Ottima la colazione con ampia scelta.

This is a lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff. My room was very clean and adequate in size. It is well situated in town, close to shops and restaurants. The only problem is that there is no lift from the second to third floor and you must use the stairs if your room is on that level- not easy if you have heavy luggage. However, on the whole, I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling through this area.

Je suis arrivé à 1h10 car je travaillais à La Comète Scène Nationale. Je constate que la lumière dans la sas avant la porte d'entrée de la chambre ne fonctionne, donc dans le noir total, puis je constate que la porte de la chambre ne ferme pas, verrou cassé. La personne responsable me dit qu'il n'y a plus de chambre. 20 mn d'attente alors que j'ai envie de dormir il est 1h30 du matin. Je pose mes affaires dans la chambre, et la, le bouquet final, les toilettes sont très sales, cela n'a pas été nettoyé. J'ai pris des photos! Je redescends pour transmettre plus qu'un mécontentement. Du jamais vu pour un 4 étoiles qui n'en mérite due 2 et encore. Pour finir, la seule fenêtre de la chambre est fermée avec une clé, on ne peut donc pas l'ouvrir, et la soufflerie des toilettes fait un bruit de dingue sans compter les bruits de l'hôtel!!!! Bref, la catastrophe.

Déception dans cette hôtel surtout quand on voit les photos. Literie Ok, décoration OK. Point négatif on entend tout des voisins qui sont au dessus de vous (chasse d'eau, douche) enduit sur les murs et peinture pas finie. Baignoire bouchée et douche qui fuit. Et quand au check out on vous dit désolé on fait des travaux c est pas fini. Assez limite pour un 4*. Dommage car établissement bien place, espace commun agréable.

Chambre réservée directement à l’hôtel. Surprise à notre arrivée : nous avons un appartement de l’autre côté de la rue avec bars et resto en bas. Nous devions être au calme d après le personnel à la réception ; nous n’avons pas pu nous endormir avant 3h du matin...... On nous a dit qu’’on était surclassé, c’était le contraire. Escalier vétuste, hauteur de porte moins de 1,80m pour accéder à la salle de bain, attention aux grands Nous nous sommes plaint le matin, les 2 personnes à la réception en avaient rien à "foutre" On avait à peine tourner le dos, qu’elles bouffait de rire.....

A nice hotel situated on a central square in Challon, within walking distance to the cathedral and main tourist areas. Rooms are clean and ours overlooked the square - nice but noisy at night with the outside bar just below us. There is a roof top terrace for smokers and a nice lounge area. The champagne bar is popular but also serves beer, wine etc. Breakfast is a traditional buffet style. Parking is availble either in the courtyard or the underground car park. Book this in advance.
