Sadly, not a great experience. I booked 2 rooms for my family, for myself with my partner and 4 young children. Unbelievably, the hotel gave us 1 room on the top (7th) floor, and one on the lowest floor with bedrooms (1st floor). This made it really difficult for us to look after all the children across the 2 rooms. It's true that I didn't specify in my booking that I'd want the 2 rooms to be adjacent - but I've never stayed in a hotel where that wasn't anticipated and catered for, at least by having rooms on the same floor. In addition, one of the travel cots provided was obviously broken; a replacement was provided when I pointed this out. All 3 cots I saw had stained fabric, and need replacing. The air conditioning and bathroom extractor fan in the 7th floor room didn't work, so we had to sleep with the window open and were woken early by noise. The sofa in the 7th floor room was a folded up sofa bed which was very wobbly and unusable, and had a loose bar of metal lying next to it, which was taken away when I complained. The breakfast was good and plentiful, and the location is lovely with a good selection of cafes and restaurants around the central square. But sadly the hotel itself really needs improving and we won't stay again.

We recently experienced the most unprofessional breakfast experience that we have had including stays at many Ibis Styles hotels during five weeks of travelling in France. From the time we arrived in the breakfast room until we left 45 minutes later, staff on duty were virtually absent from the room. During that time, juice bottles were empty, there were no cereal bowls, empty cereal containers were not filled, cheese, meats and other offerings were not replenished. Messes and spills on the benches around the foodstuffs were not cleaned up. One of the coffee machines was not working. No attempt was made by staff to check and re-stock the supply of breakfast offerings, despite a large tour group arriving for breakfast at that time. The breakfast experience on holiday should be a pleasant one, setting guests up for a positive start to the day. As long standing All-Accor members, this experience was not positive, and does not reflect well on the brand. It probably says something that having conveyed our concerns to the hotel management in an email, we have received no reply.

Wir waren übernachteten hier kürzlich am Wochenende. Top Lage. Gute Parkmöglichkeit rund herum oder in der Tiefgarage. Trotz der zentralen Lage war unser Zimmer sehr ruhig. Nette Begrüßung durchs Personal. Das Bad hat eine gute Größe, der Fön ist eine Zumutung. Also besser eigenen mitbringen. Betten sehr gut. TV hatte leider ganz miesen Empfang, aner man kommt ja auch nicht hierher, um TV zu schauen. Ein kl. Kühlschrank wäre praktisch. Beim Frühstück sollte man unbedingt die Zeit während und kurz nachdem eine Bustour frühstücken geht meiden, es gibt einfach nichts mehr. Leider schafft das wenige Personal es kaum hinterher zu kommen mit dem Auffüllen. Ansonsten kommen wir wegen der guten Lage gerne wieder.

Op basis van een aantal goede reviews dit hotel gekozen. We hadden echter de minder goede reviews ook wat meer laten doorwegen. Pluspunten : goede bedden en net beddengoed, vriendelijk personeel, direct in het centrum met vele restaurants in de buurt, parkeergarage onder hotel. Minpunten : airco krijgt de kamer niet gekoeld, douche loopt niet door en water loopt in badkamer, smerige verluchting badkamer, kamertapijt deels verkleurd, toilet heeft nood aan extra poetsbeurt...Zie foto's.ontbijt in meest troosteloos kader dat ik al zag in een hotel, verbrande croissants, beetje in bestekbak vissen naar streepvrij bestek, beperkt buffet zonder uitleg van wat er ligt...Wij hebben het ontbijt beperkt tot een enkele croissant en hebben elders ontbeten. Tip : met de wagen neem je best de achteringang. Bedenking : Ibis budget of BB hotel is goedkoper en biedt betere prijs/kwaliteit.

Bonjour, Déception!!!!!!!!!!!! Ayant réserver une nuit pour Novembre (Il est vrai une resa sans modification ou annulation), je me suis redu compte donc 4 mois avant que j'avais fait une erreur sur la date. Etant donné qu'il reste 4 mois j'ai demandé a l'hotel la possibilité de changer, en acceptant des frais supplémantaires. Mais le directeur ne veut rien savoir!!! reste rigide et inflexible!!! Ou est le service dans son geste, Ou est la satisfaction client? Sachant que je suis un habitué du groupe Accor!!! Qu'un directeur me raconte que cela lui est arrivé avec des billets d'avion et que c'est pas son roblème??? sachant qu'il va bien etre payé pour une chambre qui sera donc vide! Un hotel qui doit normalement etre la pour la satisfaction client??? Mauvaise experience qui remet en cause toutes mes reservations avec le groupe Accor. A cause d'une personne inflexible!!!
