The hotel does not have a parking lot, you have to park in the public parking lot opposite the hotel. The front desk was very good and taught us to pay the parking fee. The soundproofing of the room we stayed in, No. 70, was very poor, and we could hear the cough of the neighbor next door. The location of the hotel is OK, the main city itself is very small.

The location of the hotel is close to the city center. However, it looks old both inside and out. We had a big problem with the shower. We report it directly to the reception where we are told that the technician will come to solve the problem in the morning. In the evening, the problem is still there. Nothing has been done!!! For the breakfasts, nothing extraordinary. Simply the basics.

Too bad because the Hotel is well located, the breakfast is plentiful and the staff friendly, but the unbearable ventilation noises in the rooms spoiled the night even in the off position, it feels like sleeping on an airplane. Despite a change of room, the installation of air conditioners is from another time. And the hallway light, which stays on all night, prevents you from being in the dark in your room.

The team is really great. Always smiling, helpful and available. Good advice. Quiet room. Good breakfast and well stocked. The rooms are a decent size. Shower a little. small . Parking very close. Close to the center.

I have very mixed feelings about this hotel. There is good, and much less good! On the good side, it is the location of the hotel, you can do all of Châlons on foot, and in addition there is a large free car park 100 m away (Mathias car park for those interested). The staff is very nice (especially the man who cleans the rooms). On the downside, there is a lot to review. You have to unplug the TV to turn it off, the kettle doesn't work, and the air conditioning makes noise even when it's off. The room is not very big and I don't understand why the TV is not in front of the bed, and in the bathroom I had to put my toiletry bag on the floor because there is no space next to the sink! A good tip: don't take a heavy suitcase, there are stairs everywhere and no elevator.

Hotel very well located in the city center. Clean room like the bathrooms. On the other hand, if you want to relax, this hotel should be avoided quickly. Group of people talking out loud until 1:00 a.m. not to mention a dog barking several times during the night and a compressor noise I think at 5:10 a.m. A horrible night not to be repeated in this hotel. Hôtel très bien situé mais il ne faut pas tomber avec un groupe de sportif qui ne respecte pas le sommeil des autres. Du bruit à 6h00 du matin un dimanche c'est abuser déplus ils parlent a haute voix dans les couloirs. A part cette nuisance la chambre est parfaite, propre et spacieuse pour une nuit. When we tried to open our door, a person came out of our room, completely drunk and most likely under the influence of *****, claiming that he had the wrong room. The smell in the room was horrible and absolutely unbearable. We finally had to take another key available in the safe in the hallway (to the detriment of another customer...) and therefore voluntarily took another room, we had no other choice. When we took possession of this new room (at 4 a.m., after our first setback...), we wanted to take a shower and the siphon was leaking profusely, so much so that we had our feet in the water when we had finished washing. My wife also wanted to use the hair dryer, which also didn't work... Finally, the ventilation in the room was extremely noisy. In summary: we spent a horrible night and were not at all reassured by the presence of questionable people in this hotel, having access to the rooms... To avoid!!
