整體酒店環境設施不錯，服務態度差的不行，前台服務員一副臭嘴臉，朋友下去前台拿了東西沒有使用，退房告知東西在房間桌面原封不動，我有事着出門，硬是讓我拿下來，我讓查房服務員拿下，後面直接在我按金裏面扣費！
