Just off River Road at the Frio River but secluded enough that you don’t feel that people are on top of you. Has fire pit and barbecue pit for your enjoyment. Tube on the Frio or sit on the porch and watch the deer. Beautiful setting. The cabin is located close to the river, however there is not private access via walking. We have many great tubing companies around that can help you get access to the river and enjoy time with your family. River Terrace Cabin #4 is a cute, cozy cabin nestled under shade trees, sitting above what Southern Living named “One of The Best Swimming Holes in Texas”. Conveniently located upriver, just 1 mile, from Garner State Park.Towering shade trees provides a shady area to barbecue, enjoy a campfire, pitch horseshoes, or just relax and connect with the outdoors. This cabin is located on the best stretch of the Frio River for tubing. The deep “lake area” is 14- 18 feet deep year around. Take a stroll to the river to watch the fireflies come out in the evenings or star gaze from your porch! (We are night sky friendly!)The common area has a volleyball net, chalk board and Connect 4 game. There are 4 cabins and a house on this property, all with their own private outdoor/porch area.
