We are 100% off the grid with solar and a well. You’d never know it though as our cabins have everything from a stove top, microwave, fridge, hi sped internet, big screen TVs and video games. Feel free to make a camp fire in front or feed the animals out back. Grabs some fresh eggs for breakfast!We are located about 30 minutes north of Fredonia and Kanab in a town called Cane Beds which about 15 minutes from Colorado City. This Cowboy Cabin is located on 40 acres and is a perfect tiny home to enjoy out in the country. With chickens, cows, goats, horses and more about back you’ll have plenty of friends. This home is off the grid and is run completely on solar. If I hadn’t of told you, you might not have figured that out. Plenty of space to park. If you are traveling in a group we have 7 other tiny homes down the Lane.We are a cattle family who homesteaded the Arizona Strip. Our place has horses, cats, dogs, chickens, roosters, goats and cattle. We are completely off the grid. Our water is off a well and our electricity is solar. The rooster crows in the morning. The water can sometimes have a unique odor but is clean and safe and we provide free water bottles. We don’t see them often but there are snakes (mostly blow snakes but rattle snakes are native, scorpions (non poisonous) coyotes and other critters from time to time .If you like petting and feeding the ranch animals please feel free to offer a hand. We are 5,000 feet in elevation and experience all seasons. We are 15 minutes away from the coral pink san dunes.We are not located in Fredonia but in CaneBeds 30 minutes north. We are 15 minutes away from Colorado City where there is a wonderful grocery store and a few restaurants.We are about and hour to an hour and 1/2 from Zions, Lake Powell, the North Rim of the Grand Canyon, and St George.Hi speed Internet , play station 4, Martin guitar, induction stove top, fridge and freezer.
