4 bedrooms (one on the main floor), 3 baths, lots of windows, Jacuzzi tub in main bathroom, cathedral ceilings, central air and heat, fully equipped kitchen, authentic log furniture. This recently designed 3 level log home features an open floor plan where the kitchen, dining area and living room seamlessly blend into each other. Lots of light is provided through the two story high windows and a huge wraparound deck and covered porch are easily accessed for outdoor dining. A stone fireplace with a pellet stove makes for cozy winters and above the fireplace whilst an authentic Black Bear watches over you. The kitchen of course is fully equipped with everything you would expect and the furniture in the living room is very comfortable. Towards the back, you will find the Master Bed Room with a queen bed. It connects to the Master bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, toilet and a double vanity.The house offers easy access for those with moderate mobility problems, as we installed a gently sloping ramp between the parking lot and the front door.Upstairs, you will find two bed rooms, each with two twin beds. One of the two bed rooms has private access to the full bathroom with separate toilet, shower tub and double vanity. At the front of the house, there is a loft for relaxing with extensive views. On the lower level, you will find another bed room with a queen bed. The bathroom has a tiled shower, toilet and sink. The Family room offers a comfortable two seat sofa, a couch, an easy chair and a 42 inch TV. At the back of the cabin, there is a picnic table, fire pit and a park style grill. Cozy, comfortable cabin located next door to Pipestem Resort State Park. A family-friendly place located in a great community. We love pets as well! There is free parking in the driveway and on the side of the house.The spaceOur cabin is cozy and adorable. There are so many things to do in the area, and most of the trails to hidden treasures are low impact. Of course, with Pipestem State Park across the way, the activities are almost endless!Guest accessYou have access to the house and a neighborhood pool that is just a couple blocks over.Other things to noteThis is a “tiny” home, with some smaller appliances and such in order to maximize the place. There is a small stove and fridge. There is also a small shower. Bluestone Lake is a few miles down the road with boat & jet ski rentals. See beautiful waterfalls that are nearby. Winter Place Ski Resort is 30 minutes away. Come & spend your adventures at our beautiful log cabin. Our home away from home is a peaceful setting in the tall pine trees. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the front porch in the swing or in the rocking chairs.
