In the house: WiFi, sauna, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, washing machine, tumble dryer, ski boot dryer. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house. Supermarket 3 km, bus stop "Pirnbach" 450 m, railway station "Saalfelden" 14 km. Skisport facilities 200 m, ski school 250 m, cross country ski track 10 m. ,Hochkönig Card included in summer. "Orleans 1", 5-room apartment 147 m2 on 1st floor. Spacious and bright, very comfortable and tasteful furnishings: entrance hall. On the lower ground floor: shower, sep. WC, Sauna. Upper floor: open large living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove, dining nook, satellite TV, international TV channels and flat screen. Exit to the balcony. 2 double bedrooms, each room with shower/WC. Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom with bath/shower/WC. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 x 2 bunk beds. Large kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Parquet floors, natural stone floors. Comfortable furnishings in the country house style. Large balcony. Balcony furniture. Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.
