The reserve gorumara resort is must place if you are planning to visit dooars and looking for a stay in calm nature. Rooms are very clean and 24/7 room service is available. The food is mouthwatering.. Staffs are very much in welcoming nature and helpful... I must say Dinesh Prasad Gupta from reception desk is soo helpful who help us to find a cab for local sightseeing to guide us for cheapest but best jungle safari experience. He has made sure our stay at resort should be most comfortable. Thank you "the reserve gorumara" for this most comforting blissful stay.

Very good and spacious rooms and bathrooms. The service is top notch. Especially Dinesh is very helpful with polite behaviour. Cooking is also very good. It is worth your money. Quite ambience will ensure peace of mind. You will come again and again for a quality leisure experience.

This is nice, clean and comfortable place. The location is great. They have a restaurant and a bar, which are located in different areas of the resort. The bar has been, perhaps, intentionally kept apart in a relatively secluded spot. Service was good, but for this time of the year, which is off season, are short staffed. Food was good.

Overall experience was very good. Food served was good. Behaviour of staff was very polite. Ambience was good. It was not too far from the gorumara forest. We made a morning trip to the external side of gorumara forest.

The food was good, the bar is also very cozy. The resort is located in a serene environment. The best thing about the resort is cleanliness, they are maintajning very high standard of cleanliness.

The rooms were good with good ambience. The staffs were cooperative and cordial. The only thing we found bit abnormal is the food tarriff. Considering a small mofussil town the food charges were costly.
